Nyrenoveret og lagt online i oktober 2016 (Jeg ejer 2 andre lejligheder på lejemål i 2003 med gode karakterer). Smukke hus på 55 kvadratmeter beliggende i en historisk bygning i begyndelsen af ​​Andrassy Avenue på den side af DÆK Ferenc pladsen (Andrassy boulevard er et UNESCO World Heritage Site). Boulevarden er den mest elegante i Budapest og bringer op til Heltenes Plads og den enorme park Varosliget. Alle internationale mærker er til stede, samt alle ambassader i byen har deres hovedkvarter i boulevarden Andrassy. Lejligheden er for nylig blevet totalt renoveret. Det er beliggende på 3. sal med elevator og består af en entré, en stor stue med tekøkken, et badeværelse med toilet og bruser og et andet badeværelse. To soveværelser (det andet soveværelse vil være tilgængelige for tredje og fjerde gæster). Loftet er af ungarske historiske bygninger, 4 meter høje, og giver hvert værelse en ekstraordinær amplitude i forhold til overfladen; også meget høje vinduer giver exceptionel lysstyrke. Indretningen er trendy og bruger designelementer. De installationer og tjenester blev foretaget med øverste niveau materialer. Atmosfæren kombinerer modernitet i indretningen med de typiske ungarske værelser og gamle vinduesrammer og døre og hvidlakeret træpaneler. Hver komfort er designet til turister. Kabel HD TV med internationale kanaler. Om sommeren vil du have en perfekt klimaanlæg (aircondition og i tillæg til loft fans i soveværelserne). Om vinteren elvarme systemet er til stede i hvert rum. Fi internetadgang ved meget høje hastigheder, så selv med mulighed for at bruge og interagere med din smartphone via det gratis wathapp med nogen, hvor som helst. Sengelinned og håndklæder er forudsat, samt duge til køkkenet. Alt udstyr er til stede i køkkenet: ovn, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, brødrister, kedel, el-komfur, osv .... I badeværelset finder du vaskemaskinen.

Stayed here for the Formula 1. Have been to Budapest for a short winter break and the hotel was far from all the sights, this property is in the best location for seeing everything and on the beautiful Andressy Avenue. The Italian across from the property was excellent, but if wanting to cook in the apartment it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely choose to stay here on my next visit.

Excellent stay.

Had a great stay in this super central apartment. Location could not have been better. There was some electrical maintenance taking place in the building and construction work, but this had absolutely no impact on our stay and noise levels were minimal from all sides despite being right in the centre of town on the main street. The flat was lovely and clean and well kitted out. The shower was a little awkward but other than that there was nothing to complain about. The host was also very accommodating of with check in and check out and was super helpful with our transportation and providing relevant information. Great city and great apartment.

Great Location

The apartment was very comfortable and the location was right in the heart of Budapest. It was very warm when we were there, and the air conditioning kept the apartment comfortable. Public transportation to anywhere in the city was very close to the apartment, and we were able to navigate easily. Just a note: there are definitely two bathrooms, but only one toilet. If you’re traveling with more than two people, this could be challenging. All in all, we were very comfortable in the apartment.

Fabulous stay

We visited Budapest for the formula one and had a beautiful stay! Claudios apartment is located in a fabulous area central to lots of beautiful food and drink places. It was closely located to a metro stop and bus stop. The checkin process was easy and we were left with all the information needed to enjoy the apartment. The facilities were exactly as described however the only downside was the lack of A/C in the main bedroom which was definitely needed in the 35degree heat!! Other than this I cannot fault the stay and had the perfect time. We would definitely look to stay in Claudios apartment again next time we visit Budapest!!

I try to make my guests' stay as pleasant as possible and find the apartment as described on the website ( in the only room without air conditioning is installed a ceiling fan of high power that improves comfort ). Appartement superbe !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Claudio, hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui veille à ce que tout se passe au mieux de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ ! L'appartement est très agréable et surtout très bien situé. Nous y retournerons pour passer quelques jours à Budapest sans hésiter !

Idéalement situé en plein cœur de Budapest avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 3 adultes. Le charme du bâtiment hongrois en supplément. Notre hôte a été très disponible, nous avons eu un accueil après minuit. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Appartement agreable au centre ville

Nous avons ete tres bien recues. Appartement agreable pour 2 personnes. Tres bon services. Tres complet pour la vaisselle et les draps et serviettes. L'entree de l'immeuble meriterait d'etre raffraichit. Les 2 chambres sont trop exigues. L'appartement est tres bien situes et pret des transports publics. Possibilites d'aller a pied faire les visites. En regle generale nous avons ete tres satisfaites.

Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war für uns perfekt. Alles gepflegt. Ein bisschen hat uns eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Über den Hausflur, der noch renoviert werden muss sehen wir gerne hinweg auch weil Claudio ein wunderbarer Gastgeber war. Good location, good apartment but bad building

My family and I decided (after paying VRBO 100% advance) to leave immediately after we reached the apartment. It was quite a setback, financially, mentally & physically but despite that, we decided that we would not stay there & ruin our first time Budapest experience. Where you stay while on holiday is an integral part of the holiday & since we didn’t feel entirely safe in the building, so we took the hard call and told the owner that we didn’t want to stay. He refunded 50% of the fee but the deposit is still pending (and so is the fee paid to VRBO. Now let me put things in perspective because the apartment may work for other travelers who don’t care about the things that family travelers would. The positives: This apartment is located in a really great location - very close to the station, the airport bus shuttle, the shopping & everything else. The apartment is neat, with all modern fittings and comforts. The negatives: The building feels like a low cost, run down tenement from inside and each floor is dark, dirty & dingy. You walk in from the bright main road into a dark passageway in the building which is lined with large trash cans. The tiny elevator is at the end of the passage where there are more large trash cans. The elevator is tiny and fits only 3 slim people or 2 people + 1 bag or 1 person with 2 bags only. Yes, it’s that tiny. The apartment has no view whatsoever and no privacy either. The blinds need to be drawn at all times because it faces into another apartment building and also because of the sunlight. There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 of those has a WC. There are maybe 6-7 tiny apartments on the floor and the entry to this apartment is strange. There is an iron security door with a grill that is shared by 3 apartments makes you feel like it’s not a very safe apartment complex. (The guy who came for the handover told me that I needed to keep this door locked maybe 10 times in the conversation). Overall, this was an exceedingly bad experience & I feel cheated. Had the site shown images of the pathway or the elevator area, I wouldn’t have booked this apartment. Even the reviews don’t seem trustworthy. Since each & every one of those were so positive, my guess is: only the best ones make it to the site; the bad ones don’t. VRBO has not been helpful - they claim that they’re only ‘facilitators’. Moreover, they’re refusing to refund even their own commission for a stay that never took place after telling me that they would

To comment the evaluation of this anxious tourist would suffice my status as Premium Partner on the Homeaway / VRBO network with about 10 ratings 4 / 5-star for this apartment and another 120 ( one hundred and twenty ) 4 / 5-star Homeaway ratings on other apartments in Italy. But it is right to clarify something. This tourist is not correct as he does not say that about 15 days before arriving he claimed to cancel the reservation without paying the penalty provided on VRBO website by my cancellation policy, he also extended the reservation for 1 day not wanting to pay the additional cost !! So he arrived in my apartment just to find excuses to leave it ( I suspect that he had already booked before leaving another apartment with other people ) , however , for my kindness , I refunded the 50% of the rental costs , although the penalty would be 100%, plus I refunded the garantee deposit . Nothing that is negative about the building has been minimally noticed by my previous tourists. Perhaps for particularly anxious tourists it would be better to go on holiday when they are in full form. Obviously my rating on the profile of this tourist was necessarily very negative !! However, I continue my Partner Premum activity on the Homeaway / VRBO network and I am looking forward to the next tourists who have fully booked my apartment for the next 40 days.

Well equipped in the heart of the city

Our welcome and tour around the property was great, the living area is very well spaced and it had everything we needed for ourselves and our 4 year old. Although the dishwasher wasn't working, we were advised of this in advance and it didn't detract from our stay. Although being so near Deak Ferenc Ter was lovely, as lots of people relax in the park in the evening, it could also be quite noisy at times, with revellers in the night, and deliveries and building work in the early morning. We woke with the dawn most mornings as the blinds let in a fair amount of the morning sun, so if travelling with a small child, I would recommend taking a travel blackout blind. The M1 metro was right outside, making it very easy to get around the city, though the walk up Andrassy Utca was also very pleasant.

Formidable appartement au centre de Budapest

Appartement agréable même si les parties communes de l'immeuble sont quelque peu austères...mais une fois la porte ouverte de l'appartement, vous trouverez un lieu de vie particulièrement confortable. Absolument rien ne manque, dans la salle de bain, la cuisine, les chambres. Appartement spacieux et extrêmement lumineux avec d'immense fenêtre laissant entrer le soleil tout au long de la journée. Les transports en commun sont accessibles depuis la rue ou se trouve l'appartement, métro, tramways, bus, nul besoin de marcher bien longtemps pour se rendre aux transports en commun. Supermarché à proximité, mais également de nombreux commerces (boulangeries, fast food, café, salon de thé....). Les photos sont conformes à l'appartement, tout est fidèle. Je recommande vivement l'accueil de Claudio, qui sait être présent depuis votre réservation jusqu'à votre départ. L'accueil est digne d'un hôte de haut standing. Une personne nous attendait à l'aéroport, elle nous a conduit jusqu'à notre navette, elle même nous a conduit jusqu'à l'appartement ou là une troisième personne nous a ouvert les portes de notre logement, tout en prenant un soin particulier pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement et les règles du logement....un vrai confort, vous vous laissez guider depuis votre descente de l'avion. Une personne était joignable tout au long de notre séjour pour les différentes questions de la vie quotidienne. Une adresse à retenir et à contacter pour vos séjours à Budapest. Merci à Claudio et à son équipe pour son accueil chaleureux.

Parfait !

Joli appartement dans quartier hyper central. Propriétaire chaleureux et organisation de l'arrivée et du départ avec des relais sympathiques et ponctuels. Chambres sur rue mais double vitrage et peu de bruit la nuit. A recommander !

Classy apartment

This is a classy apartment in an old building. It is easy to be put off by the entry way, but the apartment has been nicely refurbished. Someone was there when we arrived and showed us everything. It is in the heart of Budapest, so everything is within an easy distance. It is a big city, so can be noisy, including late night revellers. Public transportation is right outside the front door. The restaurants are plentiful and reasonable. The owner was responsive to all our inquiries, and check out was prompt and exactly when we asked for it. There is a (small) elevator. The kitchen is well equipped. The coffee maker is for espresso, but there is a funnel which we used to make drip coffee. Given the opportunity, we would gladly return to Budapest and stay in this apartment.

I was very happy to receive this 5 star rating. Mr. James and his family were ideal guests. Once again I tried to answer every need of the tourist and start a conversation and a friendly acquaintance. I work for this tourist activity since many years with 2 apartments in Italy and this third home in Budapest that I bought and completely refurbished 3 years ago. The apartment was very comfortable and easily accommodated four adults.

The location was perfect for first time visitors to Budapest, with access to two metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance. Claudio was an extremely congenial host, corresponding with us frequently and speedily regarding our questions, many of which had nothing to do with the rental. He even arranged private transportation from the airport to the apartment. His two colleagues, Luca and Salvatore were equally helpful with check in and out procedures.

I was lucky to correspond and host John and his family. Immediately a relationship of friendship was established and I think I was able to make John feel at home. I am pleased that my guests enjoyed the level and comfort of my apartment. I did not personally meet these guests (I have a welcoming representative) but I hope to meet them in the future.

Thanks for this 5 stars evaluation . It's true there there have been some works on the facade of the palace, but take a look on the photo at the exteriors of the building , now one of the most beautiful in Budapest !! I look forward to host my next tourists . Merci pour cette évaluation de 5 étoiles. C'est vrai, il y a eu des travaux sur la façade du palais, mais regardez la photo à l'extérieur du bâtiment, maintenant l'un des plus beaux de Budapest! Je suis impatient d'accueillir mes touristes à venir. Grazie per questa valutazione 5 stelle. È vero che ci sono stati alcuni lavori sulla facciata del palazzo, ma date un'occhiata alla foto degli esterni dell'edificio, ora uno dei più belli di Budapest! Non vedo l'ora di ospitare i miei prossimi turisti.

Incantevole soggiorno!

I have had a splendid experience in Budapest . The flat that I have rented is very spacious for two but also for four people . When you go down in the Andrassy Boulevard I found all main touristic attractions walk distance . Inside the apartment the air condition / heating , the WiFi and every appliances was up to my expectations . Trendy furniture and all well- tended . I'll suggest this flat to my friends and relatives . Il mio soggiorno a Budapest è stata una splendida esperienza . L'appartamento che ho affittato è molto spazioso , per 2 ma anche 4 persone . Scendendo da casa sul viale Andrassy ho trovato tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili a piedi . All'interno dell'appartamento la climatizzazione , il Wifi ed ogni altra attrezzatura è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative . L'arredo è bello e di tendenza, tutto è estremamente curato . Consiglierò questo appartamento ai miei amici e parenti .

Splendida vacanza!!!!

Siamo rimasti impressionati dalla centralità dell'appartamento, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della cittá e dalla metro di congiunzione delle 3 linee presenti che ci hanno permesso di visitarla al meglio. L'appartamento è incantevole e arredato minuziosamente. Si respira un'aria di fresco e di nuovo. Rispecchia esattamente la descrizione e le fotografie, anzi credo sia ancora meglio . Nella zona dell'appartamento ci sono centinaia di negozi molto carini e di ogni tipo,la mia ragazza si è sbizzarrita a visitarli tutti. Io che invece sono un apassionato di musica mi sono ritrovato in alcuni negozi di dischi. La città offre davvero tanto ed è all'altezza delle principali città europee con la differenza che é economicamente molto più accessibile. Questo splendido appartamento lo consiglierei anche ai miei amici. Molto disponibile il proprietario Claudio che ci ha fornito tante info via mail e che ringraziamo e salutiamo. Ciao Budapest

Sono molto contento che questa giovane coppia abbia verificatob tutti i vantaggi che offre questo mio appartamento , sia nel confort offerto dalla struttura appena ristrutturata ed arredata , sia nella centralità del distretto che offre attrazioni di ogni tipo per far trascorrere una vacanza ciascuno a suo piacere , infine per aver scoperto una Capitale Europea veramente eccezionale nell'offerta culturale , per la vita notturna , per lo shopping e comunque tutto a buon prezzo . L'appartamento è stato lasciato in ottime condizioni . Spero in futuro di avere nuovamente ospiti come loro . I am very happy that this young couple has verified all the advantages that offers this my apartment, about the comfort offered by the property recently renovated and furnished, but also for the very central district that offers all kinds of attractions to spend a vacation each in his own pleasure, finally to discover an outstanding European Capital , the exceptional cultural offer , the nightlife, the shopping and everything still cheap. The apartment has been left in splendid conditions. I hope to have again guests like them.
