My family and I stayed at the home for 6 days. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The host communicated everything very well before our planned trip. Upon arrival we were greet with a great spelling home and some welcome music provided by Siri. The a/c was on and it was so nice to get out of the Vegas heat. The neighbors were very quiet and the home had everything we needed.

What a nightmare

No communication at all. Got to the property on the rental start date and had no access. VRBO Help number could not get a hold of host. 2 hours later, host drove to property and said the house has been sold and she no longer owns it.

Wow! Even after I explained to you that I thought your reservation had been cancelled you still leave a bad review? Let’s tell the whole and nothing but the truth. Yes the property was unavailable at the time of your reservation. I contacted VRBO myself to cancel and to give you a full refund. I had no idea that you were actually at the property until I got there. Also in the app it’s hard to update anything such as phone number and email. They have to verify your account through whatever phone number is on file. I no longer have the phone number on file so that’s why they couldn’t reach me they were calling the wrong number.

Vegas

Found this Vegas rental to be more then expected it was really comfortable and welcoming. It was as describe close to plenty of restaurants and major stores. It was easy to find directions were clear as stated in check in process. Probably manager was fast on any question asked and we enjoyed our stay 100%.

The property was modern, very clean and very well stocked. Full kitchen,Cable tv and wifi included. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and made our stay very comfortable.
