The place is super clean And very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!

We provide towels +towels for the pool.
We have 55' tv with a lot of channels.

We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay.

General check-in is after 4 pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance.

Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE.

The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

The house and all its amenities are yours to enjoy!

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

We are available by text, and happy to do what I can to make your stay comfortable and fun!

Must be 21 and over and provide proof of ID.

Importantly, the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children. There is no lifeguard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

Pool cleaning is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. Monday the regular cleaning days, with no exceptions. Also, there are no scheduled times. Pool cleaning is only once a week on Mondays. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us, and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance. The weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas. The watercfall does not work.


Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.

TVs only have Roku.

Please request the use of a pack-and-play or high chair in advance.

The carpet upstairs is older. We are in the process of replacing it. Futon is removed from the room due to guest damage.

Due to recent wind storms, the patio cover is a little damaged. We are pending repairs.

Desert Living: Please keep in mind that Las Vegas is a desert and you will encounter lizards, scorpions, large water bugs, or other bugs. (Please contact us immediately if you see a bug outside so we can avoid them going in the house.) The property is sprayed once a week.

The AC does not go below 70. Also, the fan must run on auto, or the thermostat will lock.

The air hockey table is inoperable at this time.
