Great place to stay for the price, right on the lakefront. The floor is in mid-repair, which made it seem a little low quality. Other than that, it was great for my kids and I.
Having our site right on the beach and away from the crowd was amazing. Me and my wife have always wanted to visit yuba and this was definitely the way to do it.

The map provided lead us to the middle of a dirt road, it was late at night. The first signage we saw said no fires allowed. Did not receive information about which unit we were staying in, had to reach out to 3 different people as the first one did not answer and neither did the second one. Very sad that we couldn’t have a fire in the fire pit. No heater so we were very cold throughout the night. Our window zipper was broken so we could not insulate the tent. Upon waking up we all needed to use the restroom and sink. No running water and the toilet was full of toilet paper and someone else’s waste. Sink had quite a bit of sand in it.
Made for a pretty expensive stay without some of the basic amenities that were said to be available. Reached out to management via VRBO messaging, not really a follow up to the issues.
