Amazing warmer water lake property with 175' of private beachfront with boat dock and waverunner ports. 7 night stays get additional discounts. This is an amazing 5-acre property you will never forget. Great for family reunions, Company retreat, and something for everyone and especially the kids: the lake for the aquaphiles and fisherman, private boat dock for the captains, beach for the sun lovers, UTV and hiking trails for the outdoorsman, floating island mat, kayaks, and paddleboards for the thrill seekers, RV pads with fire pit for the campers, wildlife for the hunters, amazing 360 degree views for the sightseers, gourmet viking kitchen for the cooks, BBQ smoker for the pitmaster, ice cream maker for the living, tons of fun activities ( ping pong table, corn hole boards, game table, arcade, horse shoes, boards games, ect...) for the gamers, Nespresso, and coffee machines for the early risers, pebble ice machine for the boss, and best of all, is the covered deck to watch all of these activities for the relaxion enthusiasts.

Beachfront included 30 yards from the deck to the water. Dock your boats and waverunners right on our private beach/boat dock. The State Park yuba Oasis Marina is a quarter mile away.

Family reunion

The views from this property are amazing! There are eight bedrooms plus couches and we were easily able to accommodate our family. There are two smoker grills on the deck and lots of patio furniture. We spent much of our time out there. There are also cornhole games, a ping pong table, poker table, and a TV to watch movies on downstairs.

We had amazing time at the lighthouse

We spent 3 nights at light house and it went by fast. Weather was not great so we mostly spent time indoors playing different games and watching movies. the view was amazing and we will definitely return in Summer to enjoy the house and all it has to offer.

Yuba family retreat

Lake was closed due to low levels and algea bloom, but this place has so much to do we didnt miss a beat. Great hikes and 4-wheeling trails right from the property. Tons of games and just nice to unwind and hang with the family. Its so great places like this are made available. Thanks Scott!

A Great Place to Stay at Yuba Lake

The Lighthouse was a perfect spot for our 2023 family reunion. I had never been to Yuba Lake and didn't know what to expect. I have a large family and we came from all over the country. We loved the house, the views, the short walk to the water, and all the water activities. Several of my grandchildren have asked me if we could put this VRBO on our return list. The house is new, modern, and spacious with attractive decor. The kitchen is well-equipped and the ice machine was a lifesaver! We enjoyed eating at the large dining room table and out on the balcony overlooking the lake. The views of the lake, the mountains and the sunset were spectacular! It was great that the balcony was childproof with glass railings so that our youngest grandchild (14 months) and the parents could enjoy it too! Outside on the lower level we played corn hole on the green. It was a big hit! We had a lot of fun playing games, enjoying music, and spending time with each other. Scott, the owner, was very helpful. He was accessible and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend the Lighthouse for a great place to stay at Yuba Lake.

This house was perfect for our large group, tons of available activities and views that kept everyone entertained! The owner was very helpful, which made the entire process easy so we could focus on enjoying the weekend.

Amazing place to vacation in a large group!

This property ia amazing, stunning view of the lake. You get your own private beach and dock with multiple docking plates for jet skis and kayaks. We brought our 2 jet ski and had a blast! The owner(Scott) was incredibly helpful, from giving detailed directions to the place, to answering questions though our stay, he made our stay very issue free. Plenty of room in the house, and we made use of the kayaks and paddle boards he has available to use, did a lil' bit of fishing with the kids and had a blast!

extended family vacation

The place is very nice, spacious design and great amenities. The location is great for extended family, very much enjoyed the water sports, the fishing and ATV riding. Family lakeside retreat

Great property right on the lake with plenty of room for the whole family to find peace and quiet with even more space to gather all together. It’s furnished and decorated wonderfully. We really enjoyed the proximity to the lake with a huge private dock to hold all the toys. Best part was Scott’s excellent service and kindness making our visit top notch and a for sure repeat.

Enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Lighthouse on Yuba. The home was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen bar was perfect for setting up meals. Plenty of water activities even with the low lake water. The view from the large deck was perfect.

Family reunion

Family Reunion

Our family, ages 7-77, enjoyed a week at this great property. Scott was the best, responding quickly to our questions. The property was well stocked and we loved having the kayaks, paddle boards and swim island available for our use. We would recommend this property!!

Incredible lake house

The house was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. The views of the lake were incredible and it was very convenient to have our own dock and be so close to the marina. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking this house again.

Kids had the best time

We rented this home for a family reunion. My personal favorite was getting up and watching the beautiful sunrise and listening the the fish jump. The kids loved the dock. They swam, fished and played in the big float pad every hour of the day. The house is close enough to the water you can watch the kids, but not so close they can run to water without you knowing. House was clean and now I’m convinced every house should have a pebble ice machine. You stay here again 10 out of 10.

Best home for the weekend.

Our entire family was in shocked and amazed on how beautiful the home was. There was so much room for the family. We had blast. So many board games and outside activities. Scott was really nice and was ready to answer any questions. Was really helpful with helping us get in. Thank you Scott.

Beautiful property!

This property was exactly as listed, everything about it is beautiful! I will mention that if you do stay here when there is snow on the ground to bring a vehicle with 4-wheel drive as only one of our vehicles was able to drive down to the house and the rest of us parked up the drive away and made the walk to the house. It didn’t take anything away from our stay there because we enjoyed the space and especially the view. Our kids also enjoyed sledding the back hill down towards the lake. We had multiple families staying here and it housed us all great! Definitely worth it!

Memory making family retreat

This was a grand experience. Lots of things to do. Perfect accomadations. We actually live in Utah and near this property. It brought back many memories as well as making new ones. The moon on the lake was enchanting. Loved the whole time there.

Fun at the lake!

This house is amazing! Right on the water with beautiful views of the lake. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room for sleeping and eating. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We had fun playing cornhole, paddle boarding and hanging out on the deck. We will definitely go back and stay again.
