Uno de los tipos Lake House con un muelle privado en la orilla del lago Yuba. (El lago Yuba es un embalse de 22 millas de largo cuando está lleno que fluctúa de ser un lago frente a nuestra casa al río Sevier en frente dependiendo de las condiciones del lago). Esta propiedad es muy aislada, solo otra casa en esta parte del lago. Su grupo grande se sentirá cómodo y tendrá mucho que hacer en nuestra Lake House. Tenemos una cancha de voleibol de arena de tamaño completo al aire libre. Tenemos kayaks, una canoa, un bote de remos y un muelle para su bote y diversión para nadar cuando el lago está alto. Puedes disfrutar de nuestra mesa de billar, baloncesto de doble tiro, slip-n-slide, pozo de fuego, anfiteatro, terraza, juegos al aire libre como Corn Hole, Outdoor Jenga, Hoseshoes, Wiffle ball en cualquier momento. Nuestra casa fue construida para exhibir vistas panorámicas del lago. Además, contamos con 2 amplias habitaciones familiares, pisos de madera, cocina bien surtida y encimeras de granito, lavaplatos, puertas corredizas de 8 pies que se abren a la cubierta y un amplio estacionamiento. Solo 1. 5 horas al sur de Salt Lake City y una hora al sur de Provo.

Todos los que han estado en la casa están asombrados por las increíbles vistas desde las ventanas de nuestra área familiar. Cuando estás sentado en la sección mirando por la ventana, ¡visualmente parece que estás en el agua!

¡Es tan raro en Utah descubrir una propiedad en un lago, con un muelle! ¡Nos hemos enamorado del lago Yuba! ¡La mayoría de las veces literalmente tenemos el lago para nosotros! Disfrutamos de la navegación, especialmente el surf y la tubería. Qué bueno poder disfrutar del lago, acercarse a su muelle, entrar a su Lake House para almorzar y regresar al lago. ¿Un cambio en el clima? No hay problema. Disfrute de la casa del lago hasta que mejore el clima. (de nuevo, Yuba Lake es un embalse, por lo que los niveles de los lagos fluctúan dramáticamente. Puede haber momentos en que el muelle / lago no esté disponible en la casa)

El anfiteatro y la hoguera crean noches memorables.

¡Anticipamos disfrutar de la navegación en el lago, pero nos sorprendió la forma en que también hemos disfrutado INVIERNO! Pudimos despejar un poco de nieve en el lago y pronto tuvimos una pista de patinaje sobre hielo. A los niños (y adultos) les encantaba patinar. También pudimos disfrutar de andar en bicicleta en el lago. ¡La pesca en hielo es la siguiente! Lo mejor es que cuando alguien tenía frío o estaba cansado, podían estar adentro en solo un minuto. Con las impresionantes vistas desde las ventanas, los que están dentro también pueden disfrutar viendo toda la diversión.

¡También nos sorprendió la cantidad de pájaros que vuelan! Disfrutamos viéndolos, pero aparentemente, nuestra propiedad es una de las mejores áreas de caza de aves en la región.

Family reunion/ dad’s 75th birthday!

This house was a hidden gem! We had 7 different families staying with kids ages 6-17. The pool and hot tub were a hit and the lake days were amazing. So many beautiful memories were created here. The morning and sunset views were worth it all. The host was easy to contact if I ever needed any help or assistant's He was there. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Secluded Paradise

What a unique and magical place! My family begged to stay longer. It is as fabulous as it looks. The lake was pristine, full of fish and birds, pool & hottub perfect, and truly had lake to ourselves. Well worth the extra work it takes to be remote (we totally drank the water, but different taste, & trash goes to nearby campsite). The 270* view from the spacious great room is ridiculous. Thanks for sharing your paradise!!!

Great place!

This was perfect combination for swimming, boating, playing, and chilling! Host was wonderful. They had everything ready for us. We had such a great time even though the temperatures were in the 100s. We chilled in the pool and lounged in the large air-conditioned family room. Bedrooms were awesome - ready for a large group. Kids caught fish from the dock. We had waverunners and the bay mostly to ourselves in July! This place has it all!

Family reunion to celebrate our 50th anniversary

This was the perfect spot to gather our family of 15 who came from 4 different states. We ranged in age from 5 to 78 and there was always something for everyone - a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, Foosball, large kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and plenty of bedrooms and triple bunk beds that the kids enjoyed!

Good stay and a nice location. Lake doesn’t always have water where the house is located we figured out so that was disappointing. House needs some updating/repairs half the deck furniture was damaged when we arrived looked like it just met it’s lifespan. There was also a broken toilet seat. All in all it was a great trip and a great stay we would go back again.

Location is great, if we had water.

The lake had been drained when we arrived with ALL of our water toys!! A considerate email or text about the draining of the water, would have been nice, so we didn't haul all of our stuff out there. Also, the cleaners need to do more. Light fixtures, fridges, vents, walls, comforters and windows were all still dirty. Pool is great, hot tub had too many chemicals and it bleached several swimming suits. We made it work, but this property could use some TLC.

Great, isolated home only an hour and a half from Salt Lake

The kids were in the pool and hot tub all day. We enjoyed the dark sky for stargazing. Nice fire pit area. The lake level was low at 30%, but it was enough to enjoy jet skiing and wake surfing. The large gathering areas were nice. The basement entertainment with arcade, foosball, and pool table were fun. We launched at yuba state park and were able to anchor off the dock. Keep an eye on water levels, it could make a big difference if you plan on water sports and the water is any lower. As it was, we literally were the only ones on the water. July 2023

Wonderful place

A very nice place for a very large family. The lake was very nice and easy access for most of us. We enjoyed the Solitude of the place. We brought a boat so the dock was very nice and used a lot. We would go back again.

Such a fun get away

The lake house was so fun for our family group of 19. The pool and outdoor area were definitely the biggest hit! The beds were comfortable and there were more places to sleep than we needed. Unfortunately the wind was too strong for us to take advantage of being so close to the lake but there was plenty of other things to keep us entertained and busy. The host was easy to communicate with and tried to accommodate our needs. There were only a couple drawbacks. 1- The upstairs gets so hot. We just suffered through it but I’m sure the host would have tried to help. 2- there was an insane amount of bugs. They somehow were getting into the house even though every window we opened had a screen. 3- it could have been cleaned much better. The host was responsive to this and offered to send cleaners out the day after we checked in but we opted to just clean it up ourselves. Overall it was a great place to stay and make some memories.

Yearly family reunion!

An oasis on the desert! The pool and hot tub so close was a hit with our group. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. We would love to come back again. The owners and managers of the property were great to work with. Place for outdoor games in beautiful surroundings.

Great family vacation

Finding the property and check in were a breeze. We planned this trip when poor weather was expected, but with the heated pool and hot tub, all of the kids were still able to get out and have a great time. This home is beautifully designed and even with 15 of us, we never felt cramped. This was a perfect choice for our family.

Secluded getaway with LOTS to do outside

We loved this property. The owners/manager was fantastic and responded to questions within minutes. We brought 4-wheelers, shotguns and clay pigeons, and swimsuits. We were able to do everything we wanted outside and then watch the world cup inside the house. The upstairs and downstairs were spacious enough so that it felt like there was space enough to do different activities without encroaching on each other.

Great Family Reunion

This was a wonderful isolated location for us to meet together for our family reunion. The pool/hot tub addition was a great bonus that we used since the grass areas shown in the photo were gone and the lake was reduced down to the river feeding Yuba Lake. We liked the porch areas for eating and visiting. The downstairs family room saw a lot of use with the pool table, the foosball table, and the TV/movie area. The couches were comfortable and they had extra bedding available. The location was fabulous and we enjoyed 2 days at the lake since it was only about 20 minutes away. The only drawback was the 2 showers, so we hope that they are going to add an outdoor shower (or two) to the pool area. That would be fabulous! But either way it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Big house for family reunion

The house was perfect! We had 22 adults who all had a bed & slept comfortably. We had lots of kids too who slept out on the couches in the big living rooms. Kitchen and dining room were big enough to hold us all as well!. The lake out front was 100% dried up - I do wish the pictures showed this - as we were expecting a “lake front” property to dock our boat in front of. The lake has been dry for quite some time and the pictures do not reflect that, but their description somewhat does warn you that it can get low. The lake was a 25 minute drive away which was Inconvenient but fine. Luckily they had the brand new pool & hot tub installed which turned out to be amazing and the kids had water next to the house to play in all day which is what saved the day! This house was so great for our family reunion, clean and the host was great to communicate with and had great instructions on everthing in the house! Would stay here again!

Absolutely stunning

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our little gathering. Owner was in touch very early on and easy to communicate with. Even went out of their way to supply the place with more of what we needed before we got there. Only difficulty was that Google couldn’t find the place on the map, but that’s kinda what we wanted anyway. 😂

Great place for large family fun time.

We had a great time in this clean home. Plenty of space for visiting and gathering and eating. There volleyball sand pit was added after out reservation was made and was a fabulous addition. Take note that the turn off to the house is on mile marker 14.

Amazing Property

The Lake House was a perfect fit for our family of 25. Plenty of room to stretch out when bad weather kept us off the lake. Easy check in & easy check out, I’d definitely recommend this property & stay again if I have the need!

Awesome Reunion!!!

We had a wonderful family reunion. The owners were amazing. Our only frustration was something which was completely out of the owners hands. There were cows all over the place that found their way to the property leaving huge piles of poop. It was hard to find a spot to set up the slip-n-slide and other games. Other than that, we would love to go back again someday.

Our dream came true when we purchased 40 acres with a large shoreline on Yuba Lake from a sheep rancher. Over the next 5 years we subdivided it into 4 lots, dug a well, and brought out electricity and built our Lake House and Dock. We are excited to share our amazing property with your family, friends or business associates and think you will agree this is dream come true.
