We were fortunate enough to be there when the “annual snowbirds” were there. How pleasant when traveling to encounter a little community. Rosie was awesome! She takes pride in keeping the place spotless.

We stayed in room 107 which is right next to the complex entry, ground floor. We could hear folks coming and going and at the pool. The living room has 1 window and it faces the pool/walkway. The blinds were broken and wouldn’t shut. I contacted the owner and he said he lives 4hrs away and would not be able to fix it during our 4 day stay. We had to hang a sheet over the window so people couldn’t see in. The owner didn’t send our checkin instructions, so I sent him a few messages then tried calling. The number listed goes straight to a recording with no option to leave a message. Vrbo tried calling him too, and got the same recording. The complex location is good, plenty of parking.

This property worked really well for our family with young kids. It was close to all of the attractions in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great stay!

The mostly snowbird community were very welcoming and fun to be with. The vintage layout with pool in the center of the units was perfect. The units (especially the kitchen) are on the smaller side but it worked out fine for the two of us.

I was hesitant to book this property simply because it was so inexpensive but I’m so glad I did. The pool is awesome and it was great to meet the people at this location. Best price in havasu and no disappoints

Yes, the kitchen was equipped appropriately. However, when we arrived, an odor was prevalent that was beyond the Febreze deodorizer's ability to mask. We later discovered the cause when sewage from the upstairs unit began to bubble up in the kitchen sink, stopping short of running over onto the counter and floor. It was apparent that this has been an ongoing problem as the floor coverings had been removed from all areas of the concrete floor except the bedroom where the wood flooring indicated previous damage from water. This issue should be taken care of before you rent this unit to anyone in the future. Another issue that was irritating but likely beyond your control was that the occupants of the unit above spent several hours a day walking back and forth across a creaking floor. What they may have been up to is beyond our comprehension, but that is likely something beyond your control.

Excellent Location/Very Quiet

Was looking for a place to stay near main drag with restaurants, and this place is easy walking distance. We were worried about noise because unit is at entrance, but regular renters keep it quiet. Unit was well-appointed and listing is accurately portrayed.
