Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits with all new furnishings. We visit often, so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully stocked spacious kitchen boasts new quart counter tops, cookware, KitchenAid and GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The three spa like bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling travertine with marble counters and walk-in showers. The master bedroom and lock-out suite (2nd master bedroom) both have attached en suites with large relaxing soaking tubs in additional to the walk-in showers. The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds and an adjacent full bathroom.

The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez, Sandy Beach, and the Old Port, is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture, (queen memory foam sleeper), 80 inch LG UHD smart TV with US channels and free WiFi. There's also a fabulous fireplace with glowing color-changing flames and rocks with a heater for those cooler winter evenings.

The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.

Both the master bedroom and Lock-out Suite (2nd master) have king-sized pillow top mattresses, 57" inch LED smart TVs, and beautiful ocean views while the third bedroom has a 55" inch LED smart TV and two queen sized beds.

The huge outside patio is nicely decorated with high-end patio furniture with a sectional couch, Adirondack chairs, and a full outdoor dining table with seating for 6-8 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.

The lock-out suite also has its own private balcony with additional seating.

The courtyard area right below Cabrillo G-1407 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.

There is also a separate BBQ area with multiple BBQs to prepare your feasts. Bring your own food or grab some great seafood from town.

As always, this is a NON-SMOKING condo. NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palomas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed.
