Absolutely amazing & Peaceful

Just an amazing place-incredible and peaceful, the house is so comfortable and spacious with big windows looking out into the country. House has everything you could possibly need (including measuring cups!) the location is great-lots of fun things to see in the area. Wish we lived closer-we’d make this a yearly trip! Thank you for the great place to stay.

My wife and I are based in Houston and purchased Serenity Hills Ranch as a place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty and peace of the Texas Hill Country. We love the outdoors, classic cars, road trips, wildlife, and spending quality time with family and friends away from the noise of the city.

Over time, we realized this property was too special not to share with others looking for the same kind of peaceful escape. Whether it’s relaxing under the stars, exploring nearby rivers and parks, enjoying a quiet morning coffee with scenic views, or simply unplugging for a few days, we want guests to feel welcomed, comfortable, and refreshed during their stay.

We take pride in continually improving the property and creating a simple, relaxing experience where people can slow down and enjoy what matters most.

We fell in love with this part of the Texas Hill Country because of its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and slower pace of life. The area around Camp Wood, Leakey, and the Nueces River offers some of the most scenic drives, rivers, wildlife, and night skies in Texas.

Unlike crowded tourist destinations, this area still feels authentic and untouched. You can spend the day floating the river, exploring Garner State Park, hiking, sightseeing, or simply enjoying the quiet outdoors without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

One of our favorite things about the property is the feeling of privacy and openness. The views of the surrounding hills, the wildlife, the incredible sunsets, and the star-filled skies create a sense of calm that’s hard to find in everyday life.
