This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of Lake Clay -a 353 acre lake popular for fishing, waterskiing, kayaking and paddle boarding. It is located just across the street from the public dock and boat launch with a spacious back yard fenced and shaded with oak trees. There is an outdoor shower and firepit in the back yard.

Size doesn't matter.

What this home lacks in size it makes up for in personality and extra essentials. Not to mention the huge fenced in yard that was enjoyed by all!
