This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions.

Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool.

The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort

One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean.

Characteristics of Ocean View Villa: Modern built house – 4 large bedrooms all with king sized beds and their own cable TV. Also their own beautiful and private en suite…each with its own unique and picturesque tile. One of the bedrooms has a 6-foot glass patio door with a gorgeous pool view. 3 separate sitting ares outside and private / gated parking. There is a half bath and laundry facilities in its own separate room as well.

Perfect House for Annual Girl’s Trip!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 4 ladies! We each had our own king size bed and bathroom. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Being able to walk to Palm Beach was so convenient! Communication was excellent. House was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place

Everything about the house and grounds was perfect! The house and pool have everything you might need, and all is top quality. The location is a bit out of the way if you like to be in the thick of things, but a very quick drive to the action. The owner and property manager could not have been nicer! Thanks Mark and Izera!

The Perfect Stay

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It has ample parking for three cars, which was super convenient. The layout is fantastic, with four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance off the pool, separate from the main house, which made it feel like its own little retreat. This room also includes a small fridge—such a thoughtful addition for convenience. Each bedroom has its own TV with all the apps, so you can easily keep up with your Netflix addiction. They also provide eight beach chairs in backpack-style carriers, making it super easy to pack up and head to the beach for the day. The laundry in the unit was incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays. The entire home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep easy, and the living spaces were comfortable and inviting. We made good use of the grill. The pool area was a definite highlight! It features eight lounge chairs plus plenty of additional standard seating, so everyone had a place to relax. The fountain feature and the colored lights at night create the perfect ambiance—you’ll want to stay out there enjoying the peaceful atmosphere until the wee hours. The host was the most communicative I’ve ever experienced on this app! We’ve already booked for next year!

A no brainer Aruba vacation home

All the reviews about this home are telling the truth, and incredible, clean, and well equipped home for your family or friends perfect vacation in Aruba. We used the chairs and towels provided every single day. Communication with the owner and property manager couldn’t have been better, they answered our every need. The patio space is the perfect spot to relax after some time at the beach. Would definitely and will hopefully stay here again.

The property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for my spouse and I, our 2 adult children and their significant others. We enjoyed the pool and coffee on the upper deck each morning. The bedrooms were large and tv's in each room as well as outside by the pool. Easy to get around the island from this property. The owner and property manager were helpful before and during the stay. Look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful spacious home!

Plenty of room for 7 people! Beautiful, clean, amazing outdoor space and pool with tons of seating options. About a 10 minute walk to Palm Beach which was great! The big lizard that tries to come in the pool area every day is a bit annoying, but that is no fault of the owner! Would absolutely come back again to this wonderful home!

Great location, plenty of space, loved the pool.

The villa has a great location on the island, close to the best snorkeling beach and kiting schools just north of the high rises. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The owner and property manager were very helpful before and during the stay, providing us with property instructions and local recommendations.

Fabulous Home in Aruba

This place is AMAZING. We were a group of 4 couples ranging in age from mid-50’s to mid 70’s. This home is perfect for a group of couples with 4 king beds and en-suite bathrooms. We cooked breakfast and one other meal and the kitchen had everything you could need. The grill also worked well. The pool was the main star of this stay and we spent a lot of time in it. Book this home you will have no regrets during your Aruba vacation

Amazing house!!

This house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! It was perfect for our family. My husband and I and our 3 adult children and their boyfriends/ girlfriend had more than enough room. The kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed playing Corn hole and hook outdoors at night after our nights out. Mark was awesome, super responsive and very helpful whenever i had questions and or asked for recommendations. Izaira was a pleasure to work with very helpful As well. We’ll definitely be back and Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Mark for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Perfect Property!

This villa was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with air conditioning through-out! The pool was amazing! Lots of space to spread out and/or entertain. The villa was well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, towels, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, and many other considerate items). Mark was amazing to work with and very engaging and helpful through out our stay! The villa is convenient to Palm Beach (walking distance). Renting a car is recommended to be able to go to the grocery store, visit other beaches, and explore the island. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Couldn't have been better

Literally everything about Mark's house is truly amazing. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, the kitchen had everything you need and more, there are TV's everywhere, even outside, and anything you need for the beach is there - chairs, sunscreen, snorkels, and cooler boxes. The pool is the icing on the cake though, it truly was heavenly to get back from the beach and jump into the water - there's many different places to sit, and ALWAYS some shade to cool off in, which is very much needed! The cornhole boards were a massive hit with my family, we played every afternoon! Overall, I don't believe you will find a better house or pool in the whole of Aruba!! We also had our own Iguana who visited us many times, it was so cool to meet him. We had such a fantastic time, and will no doubt be back. Mark was always very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly which was very much appreciated ;-) Thanks Mark!

This is the spot.

I took my family of 5 with 3 significant others. Totaling 8 adults This house was perfect. The pool was great, we used it every night after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of common room to hang out with a great kitchen... The location could not be beat. Close to everything. 2 minutes drive max to anywhere you want to go. Mark the owner was awesome to work with and provides a ton of stuff for you to use. I typically rent a property twice a year. This property exceeded every expectation I had. When your kids (admittedly a bit spoiled) say this house is amazing you know it is a win. One of the girls teared up when she was leaving because she loved the property so much. Mark, If I could give you 10 stars I would. Well done with everything. We will see you again soon. PS that restroom outside for the pool is a solid design choice.

This amazing house was everything we could have asked for and more. Every room had its own full bathroom and the kitchen was perfect too. My husband loves to cook so this was a big deal for us. We will definitely be back.

Amazing prperty

We had the best time at Bakval 4. The owner and property manager were excellent communicators from beginning to end. The house was in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We rented a car and explored the island! The Oak Restaurant is in walking distance and dinner was amazing. The house was perfect!

We had an amazing time at this property. Mark’s description of his property is spot on. He does an amazing job keeping in contact with you and making sure your needs are met. Pool, outdoor area, and eagles nest were where we spent 90% of our time. Very close to beaches, grocery store, and restaurants.

Incredible property

This 4 bedroom home was perfect for 4 couples traveling together. The outdoor space is amazing as is the inside. The owner has thought of everything you could need for the beach, for cooking, for the pool. The owner is very very responsive and answers all questions for 1st timers to Aruba. We would stay here again. Steongly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

Our group of 3 couples had a fabulous stay at this very well-appointed home in Noord, Aruba. Communication with the owner and property manager were great from the moment we rented. The house is very spacious with four en-suite bedrooms and lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed sitting by and playing in the pool, playing cornhole, and sitting up on the deck. The beach and tons of restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. Our favorite restaurant, “The Oak”, was only about a two block walk from the house. We liked it so much, we went there twice! Our group has traveled all over the world and we highly recommend this rental!

One happy island and one happy home

Perfect location and perfect home. Fully equipped with everything you could ever think of needing while on vacation. Perfect stay in paradise!

Great home! No complaints. Clean and spacious home with 4 King bedrooms each with en-suite bath. We loved the outdoor space with beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, shade and tables for outdoor dining. Washer and dryer were super helpful. Plenty of coolers and beach chair to take to nearby beaches. Great location just a couple minutes drive to shops, bars, grocery, restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Owner and property manager very communicative and helpful. Don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

The location is outstanding. Only a few min walk from the beaches...on a very quiet street with no one behind us. It was the perfect opportunity for us to renovate the old property and build an oasis for both our families and others to enjoy the spoils of this beautiful Sun filled Island

Close to beaches...shopping...restaurants yet very quiet and private. Indoor/outdoor kitchen is very unique and functional. Very large pool in back yard with a sitting bench that has back jets and still loads of room to splash and swim around. 4 sitting areas outside...The fantastic pool area...The shaded, covered terrace...The bar and BBQ area at the back and of course, the upper deck with an ocean view!
