Very quiet area, it is at the end of a small country road. The house, completely renovated in 2016, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is furnished in a modern style, yet it has retained the typical Mallorcan features. On the ground floor are two of the six bedrooms, both with two separate single beds. The living room is small but cozy, where there is also a modern bathroom with a large shower. The large, typical Mallorcan kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for everyone! With a large dining table, a small seating area for young and old, a large fireplace and a beautiful view of the sunny terrace. A second terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset, is located behind the living room. On the first floor you will find the remaining bedrooms, all double rooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. One of the bedrooms leads to a small terrace with great sea views. There are air conditioning units in the living room, eat-in kitchen and hallway on the first floor. The house has WiFi. The absolute highlight of the house is the outdoor area with a large 13.5mX5m pool and great covered, glazed terrace. Perfect to celebrate barbecues! Large dining table, with a cozy pallet sofa and a small grill house. You also have a fourth bathroom with a shower right by the pool. At the entrance to the finca there are covered parking spaces and 4 bicycles that you can use at any time!
