Come and you will enjoy the water view while relaxing on the front porch or by the windows, or fishing on the lake in the back/side yards! Quiet natural environment; simple and relaxing lifestyle. For water activities, multiple community or public boat launches/fishing holes/piers as close as several hundred feet away. Some nights, enjoy live concerts across the small cove while watching dreamy lights reflecting on the lake....

Almost brand new (built in 2021) 1 bed room, 1 bathroom cottage/tiny house on Lake Tawakoni, with a large porch. NOT a mobile home nor RV, but a fresh, real house/tiny cottage with solid structure and "smart penal" wood sidings. Cottage features open living/dining areas, full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, smooth surface double-range cook-top, large microwave, cooking and dining wares, comfortable deluxe airbeds (one full size, two feet tall pillow-top in the bed room, one queen size could be set up in the living room optional for two more people); Split AC units for controlling temperature separately in the bedroom and living room , roomy shower with large shower head, full body mirrors on the sliding door of laundry room at the side of the bathroom.

Simply furnished but clean and comfortable throughout. This is also a chance for you to experience a genuine tiny living that is very trendy (Even Elon Mask rented a tiny house as his home!) This one we offer for you to experience is the most popular style (Hacienda) of a national brand tiny home and is nearly new. Simple yet sufficient and less costly, so more of your money, time, and energy could be spent enriching life with experiences, activities, and pleasant time with family and friends, or simply relaxing...

It was so relaxed and the lake was fantastic. It’s close to Canton Trade Days which was so much fun. Just had an overall great time and appreciated Jane for making the instructions clear to access the property.

Such a peaceful stay!

Need a peaceful & basic getaway? This may be what you’re looking for! No tv which was wonderful! Has all basic necessities. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating!

Thanks for the feedback. though I had guests actually said the air mattress was "surprisingly better than a regular bed!", "slept real comfortably in it!", "would like to install one back home", etc., I understand perfectly not everyone likes it, and in responding to that, taking efforts to install one bed with a solid/regular mattress. Cheers!

Bad, only sleep there on the first late evening

No real bed, air mattress and it kept deflating, cockroaches everywhere even in the fridge. I thought I was paying for a nice cabin like it stated in the website. I hope at least you’ll have consideration and refund me back for the second day we did not even stay. Had to go rent another place.

The issues have been resolved professionally: Comfortable new bed and free of pests. The same guest was very happy after coming in for an "inspection stay" and praised: "Enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and cozy. Can’t wait to go again.
