Il est difficile de trouver quelque chose de négatif à dire. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec mon mari et mes enfants. La maison est très bien située proche de la mer et des commerces. De plus, il y a toutes les commodités pour bien vivre et profiter. La piscine est très bien entretenue et la maison est très propre. Le BONUS n’est pas tant la magnifique vue sur Imperia mais plutôt les hôtes incroyables. Angelo est un amour sans compter son adorable fille qui nous a accueilli les bras ouverts. Sans eux notre voyage n’aurait pas été le même. Merci pour tout!

Rahmenbedingungen passen nicht zum Preis

Insgesamt eine schöne FeWo (es ist kein Haus, wie beschrieben, da oben und unten noch Wohnungen sind) mit viel Potenzial. Allerdings muss man wissen, worauf man sich dort einlässt. Insgesamt war es dort etwas skurril, die Kommunikation schwierig. Der Empfang war sehr unschön. Trotz Termin kamen wir zunächst nicht auf das Gelände. Verwalter und Agentur-Dame warnten uns dann vor der angeblich verrückten alten Dame über uns (mit der wir sofort allein gelassen wurden, aber nicht sprechen sollten) und vor den Dieben in der Gegend. Verwalter und die ältere Dame stritten vor uns über uns. Eigentlich wollten wir - gerade die Kinder - nur noch weg. In der Wohnung war u. a. viel Staub (gerade unter den etwas unbequemen Betten), viel Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die betagte Dame war dagegen sehr herzlich, aber man hat mit ihr mehrmals täglich zu tun. Der extrem tolle Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen 1x auf unsere Nachfrage gereinigt. U. a. Basketballkorb, eine richtige Tischtennisplatte und DVD Player gibt es, anders als angegeben, nicht. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und bei über 30 Grad ist das gerade nachts im Hochsommer problematisch. Der Verwalter war freundlich, hat uns u. a. jeden 2. Tag Tomaten gebracht. Bei Abreise hat er allerdings um ca. 6:30 Uhr angefangen, im Haus die Betten abzuziehen usw, obwohl wir noch frühstückten und uns noch fertig machen mussten. Ein No-Go! Fazit: Etwas stressig dort und der Preis von etwa 280 Euro am Tag mit diesen Rahmenbedingungen einfach zu hoch.
