Great camp located in Cocodrie, La. Amazing views of Cocodrie Bay. Located just across the road from Coco Marina, at 8173 Redfish St. Just a quick boat ride and you’re in open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect location for offshore fishing. The camp offers one boat lift for your vessel accommodations. It is newly renovated with all the amenities of home. Come enjoy a comfortable and relaxing time on the bayous of Sportsman’s Paradise.

The perfect fishing camp

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will definitely keep coming back. It’s so close to the ramp up and local restaurant, and the house itself is perfect for a lot of guys looking for a weekend getaway.

Perfect for anglers!

This is a great spot for anyone looking to chase redfish in Cocodrie. It's less than a minute from the marina and also has a great deck for enjoying a few cold ones.

The camp is so nice and so comfy for everyone! It’s very clean and stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway on the bayou. The host is great and very accommodating. The entire process was easy. Will always come back to this camp when heading down to Cocodrie!

Great location! The kids were able to walk to the Coco Marina located across the street. Beautiful view on the water to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Everything inside the camp was very clean. We had all the supplies there already for us to use. The kids were able to catch crabs along the dock. We had enough to have a crab boil on Friday night! The host was very helpful and appreciate him for letting us stay there. We will definitely reach out again.

Camp was very comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because Cocodrie didn’t have water due to a broken water pipe.

Thank you for the kind words in the review. I am sorry that the water issues occurred in Cocodrie. Although out of our control, I would like to offer to u that next time u stay, I will provide an extra day at 50% of the rental rate for u to enjoy more time. I know this won’t completely make up for the issues with the Parish water system failure, but just trying to make up for some of it. Thank u again.

Amazing property

This property is amazing. We spent 90% of the time sitting on the decks overlooking the water. Fishing was great. I can’t even count how many catfish we pulled out of the water. The camp itself was comfortable and felt like a true home away from home. The property owner was very responsive and kind. He contacted me within a few hours of booking the rental. He stayed in communication with me throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the owner.

Very convenient for a fishing trip!

Patrick was very friendly and accommodating! The camp was great. Clean and stocked with the essentials. Parking boats was a bit tricky as the step up during low tide was 4-5 feet, but we made it work and Patrick was helpful with options. Convenient boat launch, access to fuel, food, bait, etc. Neighbors were great too. Would definitely stay with Patrick if we went back to Cocodrie!
