This cottage was great for while I was visiting family and provided a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a fully stocked coffee bar that was a great amenity in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were in Delaware to visit my daughter. We have stayed at Nicki’s a couple other times. Her home is very clean and I feel safe in the neighborhood along with our dog. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Nicki is wonderful to communicate with. It was a great stay at Nicki’s and I will be booking again when we travel to Delaware in the near future.

This is our 3rd stay with our 2 shelties. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We always appreciate the snacks left for us. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is our favorite place to stay while visiting Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine Art Museum.

Great place to stay

Perfect-sized house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everywhere we needed to be. We both work remotely, and there was plenty of room to spread out and not disturb each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal for some family members we were visiting.

I love that I am able to share this beautiful cottage with you! I am a wife and mom of 4. We love to travel and can be found at the beach most of the summer. Don't threaten us with a good time because we will be there! I am a born and raised Delaware resident so any requests for local recommendations I can certainly provide.

This property has been fully renovated to feel at home yet uncluttered. It has character and is inviting for anyone passing through, visiting friends & family or looking for a getaway.

What makes this property unique

This property sits on about an acre of land. It is on a quiet road but keeps you close to where you need to be. It is uniquely centrally located to so many wonderful aspects of Delaware. There is a funny saying around here that everything is 20 minutes away and it is so true!
