If you are looking for a new, modern, clean, affordable, kids and family-friendly rental and minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, look no furthe!

My husband and two small children stayed at the property for a week and had the most amazing time. The property was clean, updated, close to major resort areas, private, and had a TON of extra added items for our use. The extras were such a bonus coming with the house, that’s not something you find very often, if ever! We absolutely loved the pool and gate at the driveway for safety and privacy. Ken was also extremely helpful and provided immediate responses from the second we booked up until the day we flew home. My husband was a little bummed about it not being a stand alone villa which we didn’t find out until after we booked it, but once there we never saw any neighbors or were bothered by any loud noise. Ken’s property was truly a great place to stay and we plan to return one day.

We were greeted by Norman on arrival and shown around. Host is very responsive. Condo is clean and well stocked. Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and snorkeling gear are available for use. The condo is only a few minutes, by car from public beach assess and Grace Bay shops, restaurants and grocery store. We had a magical time with our family of four. Only downside was the pullout bed mattress - could feel the springs. Outdoor area is lovely and the pool is a nice bonus!

Loved Ken's place! It was very comfortable for our family of 5. We loved coming home to hang out in the pool and lounge in the outdoor area - a perfect spot to unwind from the day. Location is great and was very convenient to get to the downtown area and Grace Bay Beach. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week with our two kids (12 and 8) and had the BEST time. We planned to stay in most nights so wanted somewhere comfortable for our family after long days at the beach. Our kids played in the pool until dinner time and had their own space afterwards to relax before bed. We loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days and the laundry was a savior. The location was perfect with easy access and the cul-de-sac/gated driveway was an extra bonus. Our daughter has already asked to come back next year.

Great location!! Very clean. Everything you need is available. Toiletries, paper towels, soap, detergent. It was nice not to worry about grocery shopping for those products. Easy communication with the owner. Very close to shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and cooler was a great convenience. The beach was very windy. So we really enjoyed the pool. Great vacation!!!

Host Ken is always available and checks in. Everything about this home is wonderful.We enjoyed our week here.Great amenities and supplies available. AC worked great. Perfect location for us, you can walk into downtown and to restaurants, the beach a bit further and with beach supplies, a quick drive easier. For 2 couples, plenty of room and seating inside and out. Pool area beautiful, pool temp just right. You will need the bug spray for evening hours in Turks. One thing, I guess Masterbedroom has own bathroom, but no door to it, just fyi, so no quiet privacy while using it for roomate and if you like evening board games, there arent any. Overall everyone enjoyed and would rent again.

The villa is lovely and very well maintained. The pool right out your doorstep is an added bonus!! The host is very responsive and accommodating. Upon arrival we were welcomed and assisted with our bags and groceries. I would highly recommend staying at the villa. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, not bad going but once it’s dark you will need to take a taxi back. Thank you to all involved in making our stay wonderful.

Hopewell Villa was probably the best place we have stayed thru VRBO. Communication with Ken was amazing. He responded rt away to questions I had, etc. Our check-in went very smoothly and given a little tour and walk thru property. The house was spotless; outdoor pool clean with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture. Plenty of cooking supplies, pots, pans, etc if you choose to prepare meals at the house. The beach equipment was in great working order with umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach floats and cooler. House is very private in a quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute walk to the beach/resorts; 5 min drive to Grace Bay beach and shopping area. We rented a car and had no problem parking at any of the beaches. Everything was just great and highly recommend staying here. We hope to return some day!!

This villa is an absolute gem and honestly exceeded our expectations. The property is exceptionally well-built and well-appointed, offering far more creature comforts than you typically find in Caribbean rentals. We were pleasantly surprised by the "little things" that make a big difference—like having ample towels and pillows, and actually having enough spare toilet paper and kitchen towels to last the entire week!Even with the sun hitting 94F, the building’s design kept everything incredibly quiet and cool. The kitchen is a dream for those who like to cook, featuring a full-size stove, oven, refrigerator, and a large dishwasher and sink. Outside, the covered patio has a newer, very clean gas grill, and the pool is the perfect size for a small family or a few adults to lounge in.The location couldn't be better—extremely convenient to local restaurants and beaches. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood, and the private electric gate added an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with Host Kenoris before/during/after our stay. Photos are accurate. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms small but sufficient. Separate AC for bedrooms and kitchen/dining area/living room. Plunge pool (4’ deep), outdoor seating, and gated property. Snorkel gear, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and umbrellas provided. EXCELLENT stay!

Property was fabulous and exactly how described on the site. Private pool was such a great bonus. 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 5 women getting ready every day. Host was in regular contact with us and VERY accommodating. Two thumbs up here. We will be back!
