This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. villa, fully screened and featuring a private pool, is located within a secure gated property in the quiet residential neighborhood of Leeward. Just a 5-minute drive to the center of Grace Bay’s shops and restaurants, and 2 minutes to the marina and golf course, the villa offers both privacy and convenience.

Step into Pelican Paradise’s great room, where the bright, open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly through handcrafted French doors to the breezy pool patio, grill, and lush garden area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The beautiful, custom-made tropical hardwood kitchen is designed for gatherings, complete with granite countertops, a wine chiller, and an island breakfast bar ideal for casual dining.

This lovely three-bedroom home features airy vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and private ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom. Each room opens to a balcony or terrace, inviting you to enjoy the island air. The primary bedroom upstairs offers a private balcony with ocean views, a peaceful spot to take in the breeze and unwind at the end of the day.

Outside, relax by the pool in the hammock or lounge chairs, or take a short 4-minute walk out the gate and down the street to the beach access leading to one of the island’s more secluded stretches of sand—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking up the Turks and Caicos sunshine.

For your convenience, the villa also provides portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for guests to take along for a comfortable day at the beach.

We had a great stay and the house was excellent. Agree with the other reviewers who wrote that it’s nicer than the pictures. It’s also very spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. We were a family of three but twice as many people would be comfortable here. The outdoor space was especially nice, with plenty of covered and uncovered seating by the pool and a lovely garden area. Leeward beach was a short walk (5 mins tops) and the house is very convenient to restaurants and shops in Grace Bay (5 min drive). We appreciated being able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, small cooler, etc. which made for some perfect days on the beach. Overall, an exceptional house and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pool was enjoyable. Couch cushions need refreshing (clean or replace). Cleanliness was good, but not quite like neighboring property that we have stayed in before (dust). We were required to strip our own beds before leaving or be charged 100-200. Gardener was pleasant. Some screens are in need of repair on porches allowing bugs to get in.

Beautiful Villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Paradise, it had everything we could possibly wish for. The private pool area was so relaxing and the grounds were incredible. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Leeward beach and short car ride to great restaurants. We would definitely go back!

House is perfectly located to walk to the beach and go for morning runs in the neighborhood. There were beach chairs and a cooler to take with for fun in the sun. Plenty of space for all of us. Very enjoyable stay! Highly recommended.

This property is in a fantastic location, so close to the beach, yet nice and private. The beach was a great place to watch sunsets. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. A short drive to many nice restaurants and the grocery store. The caretaker was very responsive to all requests. We had an excellent time and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay in paradise!

The property is gorgeous. Very relaxing with a gradual walk-in pool. Nice shady areas downstairs and a comfortable upstairs screened in balcony. Quick walk to an amazing beach that isn’t busy. We found the villa contained everything we required. Will be back!!

Beautiful Provo Villa

Pelican Paradise was even more beautiful than we expected - spacious, clean, with everything we needed for a perfect vacation for 5 adults. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool area surrounded by tropical gardens, with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and a lovely dining area. The location was perfect…just a short walk to the beach, in the quiet Leeward Settlement area of Provo, not too far from Big Blue Collective, and Provo Ponies, both highly recommended if you enjoy water based activities! Britney was very responsive to our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Pelican Paradise!

Amazing Location beautiful space!

The location and proximity to the beach (You can walk to Grace Bay with ease) are simply amazing at this villa! I would highly recommend. Stayed with family for just over a week and we really were sad to depart. Tonnes of room, beautiful gardens and pool, well equipped kitchen, very very clean. The property manager we interacted with was as good as any I have ever dealt with. We all felt so refreshed after our stay and we will certainly be back to the villa in the future.

Excellent accomodations

Really enjoyed our week at this property. The pool and yard have a western exposure, so nice sun from midday on. There is also a good size covered area with shade all the time. As mentioned previously, close to the beach, 5 minute walk. There are a couple of construction projects in the area, so during the day it can be noisy with dump trucks regularly going by the house.

Little piece of Paradise

Property is nicer than the photos online with really nice indoor and outdoor space. The gardens are also beautiful. Property well maintained with an on-site caretaker that kept the out door area and pool clean. The house is well appointed and seems well maintained. A real bonus is the proximity to the beach that is a short walk to the end of the road. Great views from the bedroom balconies. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Location

We travelled here as part of 7, 5 adults and two kids. There was abundance of space and we never felt cramped, and my kids loved the pool, extra water toys and games available. We are familiar with the island, and already had an idea of the location, but we were really pleased with how close the beach was. Overall an excellent stay, and I'd happy to return. The check in, and communication with property managers was super smooth, and easy, even when we damaged the gate and my kid accidentally dropped a plate.
