We loved our week here in paradise. The location is perfect. Short walk to beach and house well equipped. The pool and outdoor area is lovely with a brand new grill. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The beach and property were beautiful, cold AC, pool was nice after long day at the beach, kitchen had everything for basic meals, and propane grill was clean. Everything was fantastic

Great place! Just about 80 yards from an incredibly beautiful beach. Britney was super resonsove and did an amazing job. Place was clean and well maintained. Pool was beautiful. Really a cool spot. Best spot for sunsets on the beach.

Great stay

Great stay in the well appointed large Villa with proximity right adjacent to the beach. Has a great pool but our family spent more time in the ocean with it being so close. Gardens around the villa are beautiful as well.

We had a great stay and the house was excellent. Agree with the other reviewers who wrote that it’s nicer than the pictures. It’s also very spacious with large rooms and high ceilings. We were a family of three but twice as many people would be comfortable here. The outdoor space was especially nice, with plenty of covered and uncovered seating by the pool and a lovely garden area. Leeward beach was a short walk (5 mins tops) and the house is very convenient to restaurants and shops in Grace Bay (5 min drive). We appreciated being able to use beach chairs, umbrellas, small cooler, etc. which made for some perfect days on the beach. Overall, an exceptional house and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Beautiful Villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Paradise, it had everything we could possibly wish for. The private pool area was so relaxing and the grounds were incredible. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Leeward beach and short car ride to great restaurants. We would definitely go back!

Great Location!

House is perfectly located to walk to the beach and go for morning runs in the neighborhood. There were beach chairs and a cooler to take with for fun in the sun. Plenty of space for all of us. Very enjoyable stay! Highly recommended.

This home is absolutely beautiful!!! Like the other reviews state, the pictures do not do it justice. This home is very clean, all the linens smelled fresh and looked new. All of the rooms have a smart TV in them, which was perfect for our multi-generational traveling family. The common area is huge, perfect for all of us. The outdoor area was so lovely. The grounds keeper was extremely helpful and tended to the property with impeccable care, It is a quick walk over to Sunset beach, and close to the grocery store, golf course and shopping. Britney was very professional, prompt and helpful with all of our questions. The other thing that is no nice about this house, is that they do not ding you for water or electric usage!! It actually made us more aware and were conscious of what we used, and is one of the few houses down there that has central AC. We did not experience one issue while staying here. It was very obvious that they all knew what they were doing to make our stay here fabulous! The sunset views from the upper balconies were just breathtaking!! Looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you again for making our annual family trip so enjoyable.

Pool was enjoyable. Couch cushions need refreshing (clean or replace). Cleanliness was good, but not quite like neighboring property that we have stayed in before (dust). We were required to strip our own beds before leaving or be charged 100-200. Gardener was pleasant. Some screens are in need of repair on porches allowing bugs to get in.

Fantastic stay in paradise!

The property is gorgeous. Very relaxing with a gradual walk-in pool. Nice shady areas downstairs and a comfortable upstairs screened in balcony. Quick walk to an amazing beach that isn’t busy. We found the villa contained everything we required. Will be back!!
