Jedes Schlafzimmer, 1 x mit Morgen- und 1 x mit Abendsonne, verfügt über eigene Dusche/WC (Fön und Kosmetikspiegel vorhanden).Der Wohnraum mit Küchenbereich (u.a. mit Backofen, 4fach-Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Spüle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach) befindet sich zwischen den Schlafzimmern und hat einen eigenen Balkon (Südseite) mit Überdachung. Für den gemütlichen Abend auf der Couch stehen einige Spiele oder TV und DVD-Player bereit. Um Ihre Liebsten zuhause anzurufen ist auch ein Telefon mit eigener Rufnummer und kostenfreier Festnetzflat vorhanden. Auch Internet über WLAN ist kostenfrei verfügbar. Alle Räume haben Laminatböden. Direkt am Panoramaweg gelegen erreichen Sie das Ortszentrum mit einem Spaziergang in etwa 20 Minuten, Spielplatz und Lift am Silberberg in etwa 15 Minuten. Ob Wanderung rund um Bodenmais im Naturpark und Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder Erklimmen des Großen Arber. Im Winter steht Ihnen das Skigebiet am Grossen Arber, der Skilift am Silberberg mit Kinder-Skipark und das Langlaufzentrum am Bretterschachten zur Verfügung
