Summary:

No 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a king bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!



The Space:

Also known as "What a Boat Bob?", Unit 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo that sleeps up to 6. Located on the top floor, it's just 30 steps up and offers amazing ocean views from the balcony. Guests can make use of a king bed in the bedroom or the queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance, and the kitchen is stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. The HOA provides a pool as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi. There's also an easy staircase to the beach!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Pros: beautiful view, clean with comfy bed. Pet friendly. Great communication. No issues with noise. Great beach access.Cons: the place is showing her age in places. I underestimated the trek up to the 3rd floor, but they do warn you! Ha!Overall, great value for the money. Did I mention the views! :-)

Great condo with everything we needed except a wine bottle opener, so my sister had one in her car and we left it in the condo…We will be back sometime. My sister is 83, I am 79. We visited the Petite Sweets bakery, amazing molasses cookies, some shopping, although there didn’t seem to be as many fun little shops as there used to be. We discovered the mall shops on our last day… our bad that we didn’t get there earlier! Next time. Thanks so much!

Everything was great! The view was amazing! The room was very clean and felt very welcoming. The only negatives that we saw was one of the chairs on the balcony was broken so only one of us could sit out there without sitting on the floor, and the door to the balcony wouldn’t lock and sometimes the air pressure from opening the door to the unit would open the balcony door. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend others to stay here!

Our stay was great! There was no vacuum in the room which was a little frustrating with sand from the beach and carpeted floors. The pool and hot tub area was always clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen amenities were a good selection.
