Apartment 9 Villa Eden in top location of Binz, WLAN, parking space
In one of the most exclusive locations of the Baltic Sea resort, only 300 meters to the long, fine sandy beach of Binz, the 'Villa Eden' I and II were built around the turn of the century in the style of spa architecture.
Behind the two villas there is a separate house, in which there are 2 superimposed separate residential units.
The two 2 - room apartments each have a balcony. The lower residential unit also has a terrace that cannot be viewed.
WLAN access and a parking space are available free of charge.
A storage space for bicycles is also available.
In the basement of the villas, 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer are available for shared use and for a fee.
Additional services can be booked in advance: Baby bed linen € 10.00.
Bed linen: € 13.00 / towels € 7.00 p. P. and each change.

Die Ausstattung war super. Alles vorhanden. Zentrale Lage und deshalb war man sofort in der Innenstadt und an der Seebrücke. Würden wir wieder buchen.
