We're truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We always want our guests to have a great experience. Unfortunately, we cannot provide complimentary stays or partial refunds, that you kept insisting upon during your stay, without first being given the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay. I think that's only fair. As you mentioned we offered to immediately do additional cleaning, and we provided you with extra linens. You refused the cleaning and did not use the linens. When you contacted us, we also offered to refund the unused portion of your reservation if you felt the condo's condition was unacceptable and chose to check out early. That option was available, but you elected to complete your stay. Our condo is professionally cleaned before every guest, and all linens are freshly laundered and replaced after each stay. I was not able to post pictures in this response, so I have uploaded to our property photos larger versions of the shower photos that were taken just hours before your check in, as we routinely do close out photos. The photos are the same shower area you put in your review, simply taken from a wider perspective. These are historic Galveston condos rather than a brand new construction so close in you may find some flaws, but it is clean and well maintained. The condo is accurately represented in our listing photos. We take pride in the fact that guests who choose to stay with us will find the condo comfortable, clean, affordable, and enjoy its beautiful beach view from the private balcony.
