Perfect location! Come enjoy this 5 bedroom, 2.5bathroom ranch home located in the center of Omaha. No matter what part of Omaha you are traveling to you are only a short drive away! This newly renovated, spacious home will provide you and your guests everything you will need to enjoy your trip. This home can cater to a family with children or a group of friends on a weekend getaway. Guest's will love our memory foam beds, blackout curtains, and bedroom TV's. You will enjoy a large dining table(extra leaf and chairs available in hallway closet) in the kitchen and also outside. We provide 2 pack and plays at all times and a baby gate for added safety measures with little ones.
For guest safety we have to exterior recording devices.
-A ring doorbell camera on the front door that records video and sound 24/7 when activated by motion.
-Security camera located near the back yard gate that records video 24/7 when activated by motion.

Great place to stay for family get together-Love that there were enough beds for all of us and they were comfy. Centrally located, comfortable house… We enjoyed our time!

Great space for our group

It was so great to stay here on our trip to Omaha. Having so many bedrooms and great gathering spaces made for an easy trip with a large group. Mindi was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Spot!

Had my family come in town to celebrate and it was a perfect hangout spot for us to stay! Had 4 nephews with us ranging from 2-12yrs and it fit us all perfectly! Location was great, easy to get everywhere in town! Mindi was a great host, and communicated well!

Home Away From Home

This home was amazing! Mindi offered extras we have never been given at other rentals - Extra towels, blankets, kitchen supplies! Very comfortable and clean! Loved our stay and will be back again!

The house was well stocked with anything a family could need during their trip. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood with well kept homes lining both sides of the street. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Omaha area.

Family Christmas

Me and 11 of my family members stayed here for the holidays. We all had enough space to be separate when needed and enough to be together. The host was awesome and easy to contact. She quickly fixed any issue that we had.

PERFECT SPACE FOR FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS!

We chose this house based on its central location and sleeping capacity, and were happily surprised by the ease with which we were able to entertain more family members as needed. The large basement offered a space for the kids to run wild, giving the adults a peaceful atmosphere upstairs for visiting. Our meals were eaten out, so the fact that there was coffee and creamer provided was a huge deal and eliminated the need for a grocery run. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come and stay again next time!

More than 5 stars if I could.

If I could give this property more than five stars I would. We came to Omaha from Oregon and Kansas to celebrate our 2 year old granddaughters birthday with a trip to the omaha zoo. The home was clean and more than enough room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed a beautiful evening in the backyard and our granddaughter loved the watching the squirrels and bunnies and running in the cool grass. Thanks to Mindi for the best place to stay.

Family Trip

Property was really nice. It was big enough to accommodate all 12 of us without us feeling like we were walking all over each other, but still allowed us to visit in one space (living room/kitchen area). Kids loved it, they loved the back yard and the down stairs area where they had their 'own' space. My wife gave the thumbs up which is more than anything I can write here. Neighborhood was nice as well. Would recommend and would stay again. The host was nice and allowed us our space while still making sure we were taken care of! Thanks, Mindi

Wonderful!

My family and I came into town for state wrestling and having a house close to CHI, Shopping and the wrestlers was so nice! The homes location was perfect! Mindi was equally amazing! We needed to extend our stay and she was easy to work with! She checked in with us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything! She is so kind and thoughtful! We will be staying again next year and probably before then! The home was clean, plenty of room and with that many people (12), enough hot water!! Thanks, Mindi!

Great location and beautiful back yard!

We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The house was just a few minutes away from UNO, grocery stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a couple near parks nearby. The house had all kinds of great amenities and we really appreciated the coffee that was ready for us to brew on our mornings there! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and coming from a colder climate, we LOVED the back yard! It was large with great grass and allowed us to enjoy the sunshine in Omaha. Mindi was quick to make sure we were comfortable at the house and very easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again anytime. Thank you for helping make our celebration so fun!

Friend Reunion

Mindi's place served as a good base for the reunion of old friends coming from across the country to be together for a few days. The location was good and the neighborhood was safe, and we had enough room in the house to sleep, cook meals, play card games, and explore the sites and restaurants of Omaha. Mindi was responsive to my various inquiries.

Convenient 5 bedroom in the heart of Omaha

This location is close to many attractions, food and groceries. It worked well for our family of 12. Mindi is very courteous and timely in her communication. We would definitely stay here again

Sibling Trip

My wife’s brother and sisters, along with their spouses, try to take an annual trip in honor of their mother who passed away at age 96. This year we chose Omaha to root for the Arkansas Razorbacks at the CWS. We had an amazing time together and the house was a great fit for our needs. Plenty of bedroom, living, and eating space to accommodate the seven of us. The location was great with easy access to the city. Mindi, our host, was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay (which were very few).

Hi! My name is Mindi! I’m married and a full time mom to 3 awesome kids. We are still living in the toddler and baby stages so life is very busy at our house! Before I stayed home with our babies I was a hairstylist and absolutely loved it. I really enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. I also enjoy binging Netflix when I have a free moment . I grew up in Kansas City but have fallen in love with Omaha over the last 10 years of living here! I’m always happy to give ideas for local spots to eat, hang out or just people watch. Please don’t hesitate to ask for suggestions if you want to get to know Omaha while you are in town!

We chose to renovate this property because of it's location and potential. This home will sleep 12 very comfortably. You won't be stuck in bunk beds or a pull out coach. We provide 3 King beds and 3 queen beds. All of the bedrooms are spacious and you will have plenty of room! This house is in prime location in Omaha. You are very close drive to the interstate and a short drive to anywhere in the city. We have also provided 6 TV's throughout the house and two separate work stations. This home features two separate living rooms and plenty of seating for your whole party. Lastly, we have a very large dining room table upstairs to seat the whole family. If by chance that is not enough room we also can insert a leaf for the table and offer additional chairs. When weather permits you can enjoy whole back yard with outdoor seating and plenty of privacy with our fully fenced in back yard.
