Cozy apartment with mountain views

This cozy non-smoking apartment is ideal for 2-3 people who want to experience a nice relaxing or active holiday in the Allgäu. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with cooking facilities, a shower and a toilet.

After an eventful day in the Allgäu nature treat yourself to an original Rettenberger beer on the covered terrace and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

In winter, a drying facility is available for your winter equipment. In summer you can safely park your bicycles in one of our garages.

The apartment has two burners and a microwave. It is equipped with everything, so that they can easily and simply cater.
If you do not feel like cooking, you are within 5 minutes walk to one of the three restaurants in the village.

As an additional service, we will gladly provide you with freshly baked rolls and pretzels every morning at the local bakery.
Upon request, we offer a breakfast service. The breakfast is served every morning in front of your apartment door and you decide individually when you want to have breakfast.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Immer wieder gerne :o)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele wunderschöne Ausflugsziele. Die Gastfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschön

Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, auch wenn es sich hierbei um 2 Einzelbetten handelt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles in der Umgebung zeitnah per Auto zu erreichen. Frau und Herr Kleinheinz sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und beraten gerne und ausgiebig über mögliche Ausflugsziele, was uns persönlich sehr gelegen gekommem ist! :-) Gerne wieder!!

Es ist eine supertolle Ferienwohnung, die teilweise schon sehr schön modernisiert ist - das Bad fehlt noch. Dieses ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, war aber absolut sauber!

Schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Kulisse

Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter. Sehr herzlicher Empfang vor Ort, Eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Grünten von der Terrasse und eine Wohnung in der man alles hat was man braucht.

Meine absolute Empfehlung

Ich habe vier Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, mit schöner Aussicht und Terrasse in perfekter Lage mit kurzen Wegen in die Berge und die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gleichzeitig hat man in Rettenberg etwas Abstand zum Oberstdorfer Touristentrubel. Die Familien Kleinheinz junior und senior sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich grüße Sie herzlich!

Gute Lage für Ausflüge ins Allgäu

Alles Bestens, sehr nette Vermieter, toller Blick aus den Fenstern. Sehr bequeme Matratze, wenn auch Doppelbett aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten mit breitem Spalt besteht. Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer, Dusche und Toilette am Ende des Gangs (dort keine Heizung, in Dusche Heizstrahler). Alles in allem gute Unterkunft, Badezimmersituation etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Unser erster Allgäu-Urlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Rettenberg und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Begüßung, Wohnungsübergabe und auch die Unterhaltungen und Tipps der Familie Kleinheinz haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung genommen, da hier alles passte, wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Die Wohnung ist größer, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Separates Schlafzimmer zum Wohnzimmer und Essbereich ist einfach super, wenn man kocht und nicht den Geruch im Schlafzimmer hat. Dazu gibts noch einen Flur der zur Toilette und Dusche führt. Hier hat man nochmal Platz im Flur für Schuhe, Jacken etc. Die Familie ist sehr sehr nett und gibt einem ein paar Ausflugsziele auf den Weg. Die Kommunikation war immer angenehm und man konnte draußen die Sitzende vor der Wohnung mit nutzen. Sehr gemütlich und ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Neubaugebiet ohne Verkehrsaufkommen. Dazu sind alle örtlichen Stadtteile von Sonthofen, Kempten, Oberstdorf und das Kleinwalsertal innerhalb von 15-45min Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen und die Auszeit in den Bergen war mit einer der schönsten Urlaube bisher :) Wir kommen gerne wieder.
