In the district of Cuotto 1 km from the centre of Forio, in a sunny position in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: park (fenced), large garden (fenced) plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (5 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning on request (extra). 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Forio" 3 km, sandy beach "Cetara" 750 m pebble beach 1 km, thermal baths "Poseidon" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ischia 5 km, Napoli, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Capri. Please note: car not advisable. The photograph shows a typical example. Great little getaway with the perfect location to bus transportation (which we used quite a bit while traveling there). The apartment is difficult to find alone, thankfully the host met us there and showed us around. I would 10/10 stay here again. Location and price made it all worth it.
