This home is spacious and features two king beds and three queen beds. You'll also find 3 full baths with one having a jetted tub, a full kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking, and a living room with a great sectional to relax. You can also enjoy the dining room with a table that seats 6 and a great screened-in patio that would be perfect for keeping cool in the summer or wrapping up in a cozy blanket during the cooler months. Additionally, this home offers a driveway that can park up to four cars.

During your stay, you will be renting the entire home and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

Please note that the pool is not heated. Pool availability is seasonal. The exact time when the pool will be opened in spring is largely dependent on the weather and how much rain we get. Please keep this in mind when booking for April and May dates

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture, in the beds or in the pool. There is a $300 fine for the additional cleaning if we find that a pet has been in the pool.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
