Great location by the beach, it was just dirty. Both patios covered in bird droppings, dead bugs all around. Ac were moldy. Strong smell of mildew downstairs. Had it been cleaner it would’ve been a nice stay.

Father's Day Stay

Beautiful home!! Minutes from beach. Shared pool/ hottub was nice. Great balcony views!! Would definitely stay again.

Port A

Really a good stay. Could have been a little cleaner and mosquitos were real bad but the monthly pest control sprayed on are 4th day and that problem was gone. Overall 4 stars.

Great for a weekend stay

Nice property. Small issue with AC upon arrival, but was fixed asap. If you rely on WiFi, this place is not for you. Service was on and off and not stable. Could use a working dish or cable network for TV. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Had a great stay.

Before School vacation

My family and I spent 2 nights and 3 days. 5 adults, 2 kids under 8 and a baby. It is a great location. AC on bottom floor wasn't working right but one phone call and they sent someone right away to fix it. We would stay there again.

Long weekend

We came in for a pole vault competition and decided to make a long weekend of it. I like all the rooms being on different floors, great for older children and adults. It was close to the beach and the park where the meet was. The A/C worked great and appreciated the extra storage space in the garage.

Nice place

The property was nice. But, There were no trash bags in the kitchen. The pots and pans needed to be replaced. . Some of the fixtures in the bathrooms were broken. There was construction so we had to clean the windows for a better view.

Perfect birthday beach stay

My three girlfriends and I came out to stay to celebrate my birthday and it was so lovely! The sleeping accommodations were perfect for us, the number of people. Our evenings out on the balcony watching the gorgeous clouds and water view were just what we needed after spending time at the beautiful beach. Everything was great! . There was a slight problem with a towel rack but they were Johnny on the spot to get it fixed within hours. We definitely didn’t want to leave but had to and will remember this property for when we come back! Great time and much appreciation!

Clean but not everything in workin order

The tiwnhone itself was very nice; however, we were in inconvenienced due to the fact that the air-conditioning on the first floor wasn't cooling properly. We were unable to sleep on that floor, rather we slept on the sofa on the second floor.

Not a bad spot but the Trash, ugh!!

The overall place is a good Port A spot. But this unit is right next to the complex dumpster which fills up quick!!! I think they need to get two!!! We pulled up to trash overflowing the dumpster and then piles of bags outside which of course attracted all the birds and critters. Then once picked up and cleaned up it only took 1.5 days for it to overflow again!! The only other issue was that we expected the Kitchen and double beds room to be on the first floor based on the order of the pics. We came with my two elderly in-laws and picked this spot because of that assumption. So be aware the kitchen and double beds room is the second floor. The third bedroom is not on the third floor but kind of in the cave that is the bottom floor.

Horrible this home has been so neglected. The house is filthy and hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. We have never called in a complaint in the past and here is the list of issues —. Home not cleaned upon arrival and overall dirty especially kitchen, showers, molding, ceiling fans, outdoor furniture and decks and all decorative items. Wifi didn’t work for first 3 days. Toilets ran in 2 restrooms. TP holders broken in 2 restrooms. Water in dryer needed repair. Leak 3rd floor caused ceiling to fall in. Fleas in dining room The icing on the cake is the construction which started everyday at 7:30am and continued some days until 8pm. We were awoken first day by drilling! We couldn’t use decks or enjoy view because of heavy equipment being used 25 feet away. Also the dumpster is right in front of this unit. To top it off on our last night managing company shut our TV off. Worst VRBO experience we have ever had.
