One-level, very comfortable fully furnished home with powerful internet and cellphone connection, makes this home ideal for business-people needing to work remotely. New heating and air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bath with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the lovely front porch, a private back deck, and a large sunny yard. U of O and Hayward Field are only five blocks away, easily reached by walking or a nearby bus line.
An ideal location for people visiting Eugene for track and field, graduations, U of O visit, Ducks football games, business trips and/or visiting family. Lovely vibrant neighborhood, close to restaurants, coffee shops, natural food stores, walking and bike paths, Laurelwood Golf Course, neighborhood parks, 7 minutes to the river and much more! bikes available upon request. larger discounts upon depending of the number of days and guests.

Great house and close to campus/downtown

Great stay in quiet neighborhood. Natural foods market just down the street. Walked to campus. Clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Eugene.

Quick visit to Eugene

This cozy house was perfect for visiting my UO student for a couple of days. Location was in a cute and quiet neighborhood not too far from campus. Teo was very responsive to any questions I had before and during stay.

Quick visit to Eugene

My son and I had a nice time during our visit with my UO daughter. The location was quiet and convenient to UO. We had lovely weather and very much enjoyed the outside seating in back. Communication with Teo was very easy.

Great house, great location

Very clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Comforable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Close to UO campus and shops. A 15-minute walk to Prince Puckler's Ice Cream. Great communication with owner. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Comfy and convenient

Loved the thoughtful attention to detail!

The house was just as described - my son and I were in town visiting my other son at U of O and both of us found our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and my son appreciated the comfortable beds and large shower. Very nice, would definitely stay here again!

Native from Mexico and in-love with this town (Eugene, OR). I love Eugene for the vast outdoors opportunities. In the last five years I have been hosting a short term rental for a client, and now I am hosting my own little piece of paradise. I am bilingual and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. When I was living in Mexico I worked in the hospitality service and now I have the opportunity to use my hospitality skills.

I have lived in Eugene for 25 years and as a real estate agent this is my favorite area of town because of the walk-ability to services, river paths, my preferred running and walking trails. This home will be a home away from home with plenty of light, front and back yard for added outdoor living space. Small and yet, it offers comfort and convenience to the most essential services and U of O activities. Very safe neighborhood.

Single level home, walking distance to U of O or a 7 minutes bike ride, drive or take the bus. For those who want to work from home, this is a home that should be considered for that. Fast internet dedicated parking area and a quiet neighborhood.
