Stoneview Summit waterfront 3/2 condo with amazing views and dedicated boat slip

Indulge in both picturesque Lake Martin and the beautiful pool at Stoneview Summit inside the Stillwaters Resort.
Located within the gated community of Stillwaters, Stoneview Summit offers many amenities: pools, tennis courts, golfing, marina and walking trails.
The stunning view of Lake Martin from our 4th floor balcony provides a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful sunsets.

This is a strict no smoking (including the balcony) and no pet property. We do not accept bookings more than 6 months out.
The minimum age to book is 30 years old (Drivers License required as proof of age). The maximum number of guests, both children and adults, allowed is 6. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay.
A dedicated boat slip is available for you to park your boat. Trailers are not allowed at Stoneview Summit, check with us about offsite trailer parking options.
Crossing the threshold into this fully furnished refuge you can turn left to a full hall bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is a king, the second guest room is a queen. Both guest rooms are equipped with a TV.
Continue through the entry to the open plan kitchen and living areas. Enjoy the living room 55” TV from the comfortable sofa, loveseat or chair. Basic cable and WIFI are available.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. There are 4 stools at the kitchen counter to keep the cook company or enjoy your meals. Two additional stools and a small table provide for a total of six dining spots.
The master retreat is just past the living room area and offers a large TV and direct access to the balcony. This master suite features two sinks, a separate soaking tub, shower and separate water closet.
The large balcony is one of the best features of this unit. Access the balcony from either the master suite or living area. The balcony includes a dining area, a gas grill and a comfortable seating area. Two ceiling fans and sun shades will keep you relaxed and comfortable as you enjoy the outside views.
Your welcome package includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine, hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and bar soaps. Coffee pods, half & half and sugar are provided for your first day. Small snacks are also available for your arrival.
There are six restaurants within a five-mile drive. Stoneview Summit is located 30 minutes from Auburn University.
