We are happy to be representing this lovely 2 bedroom one bath lower level condo which is centrally located at the ever popular Jacobs Landing Condominiums. Jacobs Landing is in the heart of Birch Bay and within walking distance to all that this resort community has to offer. The condo itself is centrally located at Jacobs Landing making it a short walk to the beach or the clubhouse. The clubhouse hosts a large indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball court, kids game room, sitting area where you can watch your family using the pool, a nice kitchen area and a tennis court outside. All of these wonderful amenities are for your use while you stay in this condo. The condo itself has been newly renovated. There is a lovely kitchen that has all the basics for you to create a light snack or a full meal. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and much more. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds in them and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Be advised most sofa sleepers are not as comfortable for adults as they are for kids. The living area has a nice sized TV a wood burning fireplace and there is complimentary WIFI during your stay. Flooring, appliances, cupboards, counters are all part of a remodel done in 2021. Your living area has a nice sliding glass door that goes out onto a patio with a propane BBQ for your grilling fun. The lower units are nice because you can step off of the patio onto a lush greenbelt. We know you will truly enjoy your stay and your time in Birch Bay when making this property your home away from home. There is NO CABLE but you can stream and there is a ROKU stick

Nice location for family reunion

Property is comfortable and clean. Location can't be beat. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It worked great for everyone in our family from 80+ to 5 years.

Great family stay with our four grandkids!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend with our four grandkids. Plenty of room and we spent hours at the pool - kids loved it! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a bonus that we used quite a bit.

Weekend Away

We had a great stay. The condo is very nice and spacious. It was very clean and equipped with everything we need for our stay. It is located by the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Jacobs Landing/Birch Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Jacobs Landing. While the building is older it worked well for our group. The bay is beautiful and it is close to Bellingham and the Canadian border. Our young adults enjoyed the pool area

Preview to buying

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, well finished and practical for two couples. Complex has green space, pool, hot tub, tennis, racquetball, etc. Leave complex and you are right at the beach, waterfront walking path and close to the waterfront restaurant. Ground floor layout was nice being able to go directly out to patio and green space. We liked it so much we are buying a similar unit in this complex.

Lovely little getaway

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and well kept and a lovely area. The beach is just right across the street and there were restaurants and cafes in walking distance so it was very convenient. I would definitely return.

A fun weekend getaway with grandkids. Our unit was nice & clean, kids had a great time in the pool & playing on the beach. Location was great & nice & quiet. Facility could use a little maintenance, exterior was a little dated, game room could use some work, no balls for the foosball table, etc. Overall it was a good condo,comfy beds, nice kitchen.

We had such a comfortable and lovely stay we added a day just because we wanted another family walk on the beach! Great way to spend a family weekend celebrating my parents’ 37th anniversary in their golden years. Great amenities, great restaurants in walking distance. (There’s a wii in the TV hutch!!!)

Sunny Birch Bay Weekend

We just enjoyed a lovely weekend in our Jacob’s Landing rental at Birch Bay. The condo was clean, well furbished, and just steps away from the bay. Communication with the property manager and check in were very smooth. We come yearly in July and absolutely love the Jacob’s Landing proximity and amenities. A ground floor pet friendly unit is an absolute plus so our whole family can be together. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Birch Bay.

Perfect for a short getaway

The instructions for how to find the condo were detailed and getting in was easy. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was quiet. We had a relaxing two nights there. There isn’t much to do in Birch Bay in April other than walk on the beach, but that was fine for us. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities separate from the condo and cannot comment on these.

New Years fun

We were going to a New Years party at Semiahmoo and wanted a close place to stay and use as home base. This was the perfect property. Everything was as described and so comfortable. I would love to come back to this property to stay with the kids during summer. The location is amazing right across the street from the beach and they had everything you would need to have a longer stay. It was super close to restaurants and things to do. Check in was a breeze and checkout was even easier.

Amazing Location, Funky Facilities

We had a lovely stay in Birch Bay. The location of this property can't be beat. Just across from the beach and trail, walking distance to coffee and food - so great. The host was wonderful and great to communicate with. The condo itself was clean and spacious, but left a little to be desired in comfort. The clubhouse, which was a big draw for our family of 4, was pretty run down. We made the most of it, but the amenities didn't quite hit the "vacation" mark for us.

Thank you for staying with us and I am glad overall you had a great stay. The Jacobs Landing HOA is planning painting and some other upgrades to the clubhouse but the large indoor pool and game room will remain the same.

Lots to do

The location was very nice with all kinds of things to do in the area. The kids enjoyed the bay at low tide many times during our stay and were in the pool each day. The kitchen was stocked nicely for cooking. It did get quite warm as the days went on due to no air conditioner but was tolerable with fans and windows open during the night to allow the condo to cool. If staying during hot weather I would suggest additional fans to circulate the air.

Clean and convenient!

The property was just as described. We realized the key fob for the pool was not left behind by the previous guests and they were able to stop by with a loaner within 15 minutes. Very responsive! The community areas are very outdated but the indoor pool was clean enough and nice to have given the season (still very cold outside).
