Transport to this Tropical inspired peaceful townhouse. Brand new construction townhouse located in a residential neighborhood. With three spacious bedrooms and five beds in total, we can accommodate groups comfortably. There is high-speed wifi and smart tvs for your streaming needs.

The community features two children’s playgrounds , small & large dog parks, and an outdoor volleyball court all within walking distance. Community gym and pool access ; must request key before check in.

Go to First Watch for breakfast or Starbucks for a refreshing drink, all without leaving the community! 12 min from Downtown and riverside.

What makes this property unique

Family and dog friendly!! This beautiful townhouse has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The living room flows together with the dining room kitchen on the first floor. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The half bathroom is downstairs. There are 5 beds in total - each room features a queen bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. One guest room has a queen bed with a daybed and pull out trundle ( 3 beds). The other guest room has a queen bed. The guest rooms have a shared bathroom that can be accessed internally for privacy. An air mattress may be requested for additional guests with prior approval. The home comes equipped with a new washer and dryer.

Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, rice cooker, baking supplies, pots and pans, and all stainless steel appliances available for your use. The entire space is yours to use throughout your stay.
