Swim in Large Salt Water Pool, Ride Bikes, Relax On Deck, Enjoy Theater Room

Large sprawling 4 bedroom home with a lot of amenities: 25,000 gallon salt water pool, large covered patio and patio deck, fire pit and inside theater room.

The first thing that you notice when you walk in this house, is that you feel like you are in a comfortable home, your home, not a rental. It is a beautiful, relaxing home that will immediately put you at ease after a day of work or travel.

You are in a peaceful, quiet, safe established residential neighborhood. You will see neighborhood children outside playing in their front yard. There aren't any cars speeding up and down the street. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Many have lived there their entire lives.

The home is perfectly set up for entertaining either inside or out, or just have a quiet relaxing day by the pool. No worries, the entire back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence.

The backyard is the place to relax is almost any season. The patio sees sun from sunrise to sunset. There are 4 lounge chairs for use to lay out in the sun, or you can stay in the shade under covered part of the patio where there are 4 chairs and a patio table.

Bring your bikes. We are located 2 miles from the Jacksonville Baldwin Rail Trail for a nice bike ride, walk or jog.

We also have another property nearby, on a creek, with kayaks. Just tell us in advance so I have these ready and available for use at that location.

The pool is open year-round, but most comfortable March through November. Spend the day on the laying out on the -deck or swimming in the pool. Build a fire in the fire pit and grill out. Most of the time we have available firewood to have a fire in the fire pit. You can grill on the charcoal grill or try out the " Green Egg" grill.

Inside, one of the bedrooms has been setup as a 9-seat theater room, for a "movie night" or football game. This room does have a folding couch and a sliding door for privacy, if it is to be used as a bedroom. Inside the hallway closet, there are board games, Battleship, Monopoly and others. There are also plenty of DVDs from all periods, for you to view.

This home has a formal Dining Room, which make it great for a special dinner with guests, or even business travelers have held meetings in that room.

The Living room and Front Entrance area, have 3 pullout, queen size, couches for additional sleeping options . There is extra linens in each closet.

The electronics are as follows. The internet is XFINITY and the TV use a Direct Stream TV subscription which is found using the Roku box. We also have local channels on some of the TVs. Feel free to "log on" if you have another subscription service, that you prefer to use on the availabkle Roku Ap Menu. All bedrooms have a TV with a Roku box. The theater room TV has a Roku box and has Smart DVD/BluRay player. There is stereo receiver in the Theater Room. The Living Room TV, has a sound bar.

We are right off I10 and 295, which makes travel quick and easy to all Jacksonville and surrounding locations. Jacksonville Beach is about a 35 minute drive. We have a lot of visitors who come into town for Jags games, FL/GA game and concerts. They all seem to like the easy accessibility to downtown Jacksonville and is not a far ride for Uber or Lyft.
