Farm Getaway with hot tub and private indoor heated pool

Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.

After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV.

Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.

If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.

This is a perfect venue for outdoor group gatherings of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge of $500 for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event.

During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.

This was the perfect place for the whole family to stay for our son’s graduation. Lots of space. Privacy so we could be comfortable without worrying we were bugging anyone. We ate out on the huge deck. Everything we could want, even an ice maker! Pet friendly! Friendly hosts! I can not say enough about how great it was.

This house ended up being a perfect fit for our family for our long weekend of graduation, wedding shower and Bloomsday. There was plenty of room for eight adults to spread out and have their own space but also congregate to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a small gathering of friends. We were grateful to have the option to host the gathering with only a small extra fee. The house is in a beautiful, quiet country setting but has very easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities that were going on downtown. Communication with Lisa was easy and we felt like we had everything we needed for our stay.

We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our son’s wedding and guest accommodations. This beautiful horse farm offers so much more than a traditional wedding venue and overnight accommodations. The property features a stunning outdoor ceremony space with a gorgeous waterfall and pond, a charming pergola that was perfect for our cocktail hour, a pickleball court for guests to enjoy, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub that everyone loved.The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, making it incredibly convenient for our overnight guests to stay right on the property. Having everyone together in such a beautiful setting made the entire wedding weekend feel relaxed and special.What truly set this venue apart, however, were the hosts. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time celebrating Christmas with my family. My family and I have stayed at many places through the years and this is our new favorite. We enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, hot tub and open layout of the house. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were awesome and we really loved the fireplace.

We discovered that the hot water tank was leaking the morning of your scheduled arrival and I was rushed being in the midst of haying season and failed to properly test the new one. You figured out the problem and fixed it with no complaints as well as a few other issues. You are the best.

Great place to hang out away from the city. Not far from downtown Spokane. The pool is a great addition and would be perfect for large family gatherings.

Why they chose this property

This property has scenic, relaxing views overlooking fertile Palouse farm ground. Crops are often rotated into beautifully yellow gold canola. The southeast end of property is forested and great for hiking.
