Farm Getaway with hot tub and private indoor heated pool

Relax and experience farm life on a working 34 acre horse farm just 5 miles from Spokane's south hill. Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing.

After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65 in smart TV.

Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.

If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.

This is a perfect venue for outdoor group gatherings of less than 40 people, such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and weddings. However there will be an additional charge of $500 for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event.

During the winter season, October to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used sheets and towels in laundry room. Please start a load of towels prior to leaving. All blankets and bedspreads are to stay in the rooms on the beds.

Nice big house with room to spread out, pretty decent pool with slide, lots of outdoor seating & a great kitchen area. It is older but in good condition. Completely happy with our stay.

Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time celebrating Christmas with my family. My family and I have stayed at many places through the years and this is our new favorite. We enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table, hot tub and open layout of the house. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were awesome and we really loved the fireplace.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had such a good time. Lots of space and a great patio area! The kids LOVED the indoor pool with the slide. The owners were very easy to work with and made sure our stay was great!

Great hideawy

House was a great place to stay. Overall very quiet, secluded. Layout of the house is quirky, but worked, and the back deck and covered pool were great amenities.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). Yet we were able to enjoy lots of quality family time in the pool and playing pool. My huaband and I are both cooks for a living and this kitchen was perfect to cook good family meals. The girls loved feeding the horses grass! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would stay again if the host would have us.

Beautiful setting

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 couples, the guys golfed every day and the wife’s went to the casinos. This home is by lots of golf courses and between 3 great casinos. We will definitely by back next year.

This property has scenic, relaxing views overlooking fertile Palouse farm ground. Crops are often rotated into beautifully yellow gold canola. The southeast end of property is forested and great for hiking.
