The Space:

The pool is between the lodge and barn. Our Airstream property also shares the pool unless you rent the entire property booking (we call it the Grand Lodge) which includes the lodge + barn + airstream.



The pool has a full indoor bathroom with shower and an outdoor shower.



Other Things to Note:

If you are planning a one night stay I’ll have to send a special offer to include a $750 deposit. Also, we will have to agree to allow access and other protections for the property.



Also, if you will have more than 16, I’ll have to send a special offer with an increased cleaning fee and charges for additional guests.

Country Club Living!

While reviewing options for our annual family vacation, my son-in-law suggested Wichita Mountain Lodge and we were so glad this turned out to be our destination. The lodge and barn were very well equipped and the pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by everyone. The landscaping was impressive and reminded me of a country club setting. I would highly recommend this as a fabulous destination for any special event.

A great venue to have a large group & everyone have their own space . The pool & hot tubs were well utilized & the pool basketball a big hit The kids even commented on how clean the pool was. Great little treehouse & slide, cornhole game & lots of room for the bucket golf we brought. Lots of lounge room & ways to engage with each other without bring crowded. Literally a seat at the table for everyone! House instructions very easy to follow. By far the easiest checkout procedure I’ve experienced at a VRBO. We had a group of 21 and used both the Main House and The Barn.If we have a large group and will be in this area, we definitely will book with Blake and Sara

What a place! Quiet and fun!

I brought a group to stay at The Lodge. Absolutely beautiful old house, located just a few minutes outside of Medicine Park. Super clean and modern pool and hot tubs. Everyone in the group had a great stay. The large yard let us play wiffle ball one night with plenty of room. The gas grille provided our meal one night. The mosquitoes were somewhat bad, but we packed bug spray and it helped. The home was decorated so nicely with memorabilia from the hosts that it seemed like we were home! The room arrangement was unique and provided some challenges, but we figured out how to get our group situated. All in all, definitely a 5 star property and we will be looking to book again for a future trip.

50th Birthday Bash

I rented this place for my wife’s 50th birthday. We called it KRISTIPALOOZA! Lol! I have to say that this place was AWESOME! There is a ton of room for 20-30 people. It’s very comfortable and there’s lots to do. We played pool, checkers, darts and cornhole. My wife had no idea until we got there that this as happening and she absolutely loved the whole weekend. Not only was the property just perfect, there were plenty of things to do in the area as well. We also cooked a big breakfast Saturday morning and a pasta and salad dinner on Saturday night for our group (23 people). The property had plenty of cookware, plates and utensils to satisfy our needs. We didn’t have to pack any towels or blankets either. It was too easy. We are planning to do a group event there annually going forward. If you are looking for a nice venue for a family get together or business getaway, this is your place. A big thanks to Blake and his lovely wife. It was everything you promised. 👍
