Hi, I’m 37 years old, self-employed, and originally from Germany. I love to travel and truly enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Family is very important to me—I have one daughter who means the world to me—and I’m passionate about the work I do.

As a host, I genuinely care about my guests and want them to feel comfortable and welcome. I’m always available and will do everything possible to quickly solve any issues and make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Your Vacation Home with THREE bedrooms has modern furnishings, a beautiful pool with a heater, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 15-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have beach gear and bikes included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!

Be the First to Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the right side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the left side of the home. The right-side master suite has a private bathroom with a remodeled walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and 2 separate sinks.

One guest room has a queen bed, and the other room has two single/twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet, TV, and storage for clothing. We do have an air mattress if needed.

The laundry room provides a full-size top-load washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.

This home is located just a short drive or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales or Duval’s, all within an easy 10-minute drive from the house.

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, yard & outdoor space.

* GUEST WIFI
The WiFi network is 3532. You will get the password from Airbnb. If you do not for any reason, please feel free to message me. Also, there is an information book by the TV that shows the WiFi name and password.

* CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in time is 4 pm or later.
Check-out time is 10 am at the latest.
(Please be aware that cleaning and unit turnover typically takes approximately 3-4 hours between guests.)

* BBQ
There is a BBQ propane grill on the patio out back of the house. Please clean the grates and dripping pan, make sure the propane valve is turned off and put the cover back on prior to checking out. If the BBQ is not clean, an additional fee of $45 will occur. If it runs out for any reason, please contact us through the Airbnb messenger app, and we will respond quickly.
