Outstanding
The house and location are great near everything you need and a short drive to the beach. The house was extremely clean; check in progress easy; and the representative nice and hopeful. We will return for another stay.

Great stay for the month of March.
Overall we had a great experience. Diana,the property manager, responded quickly to all our questions. The only issue was the oven was broken when we arrived. They had to order parts. Stove top worked just fine. Not having an oven was not a big deal. We used the outside grill. Pool and spa were great. Location is good for restaurants and if your going to Naples, Fort Myers or up to Punts Gorda. Its a great property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. It has an open concept with modern decor. We loved hanging out on the lanai. Diana was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing house in a great area. The pictures online did not do this house justice. So much nicer in person, with a fantastic pool area and living room. Everything waa super clean and Diana was quick and very helpful with any questions. Woukd definitely stay here again

Wonderful vacation property
My wife and I had a wonderful week at Villa Wolstar. The house is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with every amenity. It is conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants. Property management (Diana) was extremely responsive to our only minor issue of the week, a burned out light bulb in a high ceiling we could not reach without a ladder. We give this property our highest recommendation!

This property was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and so enjoyable that I had trouble getting my teenage children to leave the house to explore the area during our vacation. I would recommend it without any hesitation.

The property has been recently updated with new furniture, decorating and remodeled kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the pool area was outstanding. The pool was nice and warm which was especially appreciated for the 3 days our grandkids joined us.

Absolutely Perfect!
We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Pool and hot tub were great, house was so clean and had everything we needed, and lots to do in the area. The best part was having a property manager like Diana who took care of anything we needed immediately! She had someone on site to fix the compressor in the pool heat pump within one hour of it breaking! She’s the best! We loved the ping pong table outside and even saw dolphins right at the dock one evening! I have nothing to complain about! Thank you Diana!!!

The only disappointment was our stay wasn’t longer
We’ve rented waterfront pool homes in Cape Coral for 7 years. This was by far the best. Clean, convenient, great communication property manager, Diana. Very nice pool and spa that functioned perfectly including the heater. Lovely home with lots of custom upgrades including dramatic indirect lighting - you have to be at this home at night to fully appreciate. Great built in outdoor grill. We would definitely book here again.

Disappointing stay
When renting a property with a pool you pay double the price. Upon checking in the spa did not hold water and the pool wouldn’t heat, we had to spend half our trip meeting pool repair men to get the pool to work. We eventually gave up and we’re filling the spa with buckets of water from the pool and never used the pool as it wouldn’t heat. We also had to call the first day to get spiders sprayed for as they were everywhere. Normally wouldn’t leave a negative review but the property owners are unwilling to give a reasonable refund ($150 in total, which again you pay DOUBLE to rent a place with a pool). Sorry but will NOT recommend staying here again.

The house was just right for our family. All amenities were available and the location is very good with closeness to most things. Diana was very welcoming and took care of both check-in and check-out in a smooth way. We can definitely recommend Villa Wolstar

The house was absolutely beautiful! The pool wasn't too deep but big for family of 5. Diana and her husband were so friendly and fast responders to our questions. If we ever go to Cape Coral we are staying here! The best villa!

The best VRBO I’ve been too
This property has everything that you need! From forks and spoons, to pots and pans. Multiple beach towels to use along with regular towels and wash cloths. A high chair for an infant, along with a pack and play. Plently of games to play with your family. ALOT of outdoor chairs around the pool and the hot tub. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. There are fishing pools at the property if you want to fish at the dock. We did have to buy box fans (we left them their for the next people). The pool remote was a little confusing at first, and the beds could be softer, but that was honestly my only complaint. We will be visiting this house again next year! Absolutely loved it.

Wonderful Property
We absolutely loved this house and would stay again when we return to Cape Coral. The pictures and description are very accurate. The outside area is beautiful and we loved the heated pool and spa. The house was well stocked including ample beach towels, kitchen supplies and even bikes we could use. The added bonus was a pair of the burrowing owls directly across the street! The property manager was very easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a couple of questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to town and other things we wanted to do. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Cape Coral.

Fantastic Home!
Our stay at this luxury home was fantastic. We had a few issues trying to figure out how to work TV's and heat the pool and hot tub but once that was figured out it was perfect! Diane and Hans were extremely responsive and we appreciated their patience with us! We would recommend an upgrade to cookware in the future. Absolutely beautiful home! Thank you tor your hospitality!

Nice house!
This is a beautiful house! The cleaners left the master bed unmade, dirty laundry on the washing machine, and didn’t sweep the floors. Don’t let this keep you from staying here though, it was likely a fluke occurrence. The property is the nicest we have stayed at. It was a great home away from home!
