BEAUTIFUL STUNNING VILLA RIGHT NEXT TO THE ATLANTIC
This beautiful summer house is located in the middle of the Rambla de Castro nature reserve. The location of the house offers a fantastic view to the sea and the Tigaiga mountains. The house has a large private pool in the garden as a swimming pool (12.5 by 5 meters and 1. 5 to 2. 3 meters deep the only private pool in this enchanting urbanization), a very large terrace - overlooking the banana plantation The Atlantic Ocean and a terrace with a large old palm tree and unobstructed views directly to the Atlantic Ocean.
Drago and two beautiful old palm trees. All are under conservation.
Both from the sleeping area and the living area have free access to the garden and to the pool, as well as to the garden shower. They are completely on their own.
We would like to charge you a deposit of 700 Euros and charge you 200 Euros for final cleaning directly. A higher birth rate for you.
