This home abode greets you with a fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. Coffee lovers have a regular drip coffee maker and can enjoy their daily caffeine fix on the large screened porch with plenty of seating. If you don't feel like cooking, Pelican's Nest Ocean Side, an on-site restaurant, will be waiting for you. The living room hosts two inviting sofas in front of a smart TV with cable and streaming services.

Not what we expected.

We have stayed in Seabrook for many years (condos, as well as a house). This unit was advertised as recently renovated. It was clean, had comfy beds. The kitchen appeared updated and had ample kitchenware. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were a disappointment; vanities were only 26” high, and need updating. A/C vent in ceiling of 2nd bedroom was missing a screw, docent was dangling from the ceiling.There were 2 tv’s in the unit; we could never get the lgr. of the 2 (in The 2nd bedroom), to work. Contacted Vacassa, and was told”the listing said only one tv could be viewed at a time”, (which the listing did NOT indictate. The clothes dryer door would pop open slightly and dryer would stop running after about 10 minutes into the dryer cycle. Would like to have had some info available in the unit about the area; restaurants, things to do, etc..The decor in the unit was pretty minimal; not very welcoming. Will not rent this unit again, or any unit which is managed by the 3rd party co., Vacasa.

Needs a woman’s touch

The property was clean and comfortable but also blank and empty. The place felt like someone had inherited a Villa, cleaned it out, slapped fresh paint on it, and a ‘for rent’ sign. It didn’t feel like anyone cares about the place. No bicycles. You must leave bicycles at your Seabrook rental!

Misrepresented

I would not characterize this property as newly renovated. It felt dated. It is also in a beach community and the rental does not provide a beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc. also no hangers in the primary bedroom. the property management company sent us to a beach chair rental place that was 50 minutes away. They left paint cans and renovation materials on the patio and in the closets which was not ideal with toddlers. I would not stay here again for the price.

Great place for R & R

Enjoyed spending time on the screened porch with beautiful views. Rode bikes, swam at the ocean and the beach club, and made a trip to Charleston to visit the remarkable International African-American Museum. Seabrook is our "happy place".

Seabrook Has Everything

We had a fabulous vacation! Seabrook is a beautiful community where we played golf on 2 immaculate courses, rode bikes, walked the beach, worked out in state of the art fitness center. The Village has great restaurants and fun shops to explore. Our accommodations were perfect! We are already planning our vacation there for next year!

Wonderful Villa at a Great Price

This little villa was everything that was pictured. We were very comfortable and slept great in the comfy bed. Our only regret is that we couldn't enjoy the beautiful porch due to the winter cold snap.

Very Nice Unit, terrible property managment

The property/condo itself was very nice. Very clean, a short drive from the beach club and beach, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was ideal and it met all of our needs. All that said, I would never rent a property that was managed by Vacasa ever again. NO response to ANY of my questions prior to arrival. It was impossible to get a live person on the phone and there was no response to any of my emails for 2 MONTHS out of my stay. The form and information that Vacasa sent via email regarding Club access and amenities contradicted themselves and I was trying to get clarification. Nothing. If you are looking for a nice beach condo, this unit is nice, just know you're on your own as far as property managment is concerned.
