Come and live like a local. A short 5 minute drive will bring you to the beautiful white sand beaches of Indian Rocks. My home is close enough to the beaches, yet secluded enough for relaxation. Sunbathe on the lanai while the kids splash around in the pool.

Southwest Recreation Complex is less than .5 miles away, offering an Olympic sized swimming pool, the Largo Tennis Center, a gym/auditorium, fitness center and room space for a wide variety of programming for all ages.
Non-Residents - $39 annually per person or $24 for six months per person. Are you looking for fun and exciting activities to do this summer? Come play with us. We have lots of fitness classes, social activities, and specialty camps.
Are you a non-member? You can still enroll in most of our activities.

Largo Golf Course, is located less than .25 miles away, offering reasonable tee times to nonresidents. You can also book your tee time and view their rates online.

10 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach, 25 minutes to Clearwater Beach. 35 minutes to Tampa International. Under 2 hours to Orlando/Disney World. 50 minutes to Busch Gardens.

OVERVIEW: We hate having to lay out rules as much as you hate having to follow them. So we've identified the things that are REALLY important to us so please read them and be respectful of our needs so we can be great hosts for you.

I am not in the practice of hosting unhappy guests, so if you are unhappy with my shabby chic beach cottage and it's lack of bells and whistles, I will offer you a full refund and ask you to find other accommodations.

- We are in a family neighborhood so please be respectful of your noise levels.

CHECK IN BEGINS AT 6PM, PLEASE NO EARLY CHECK INS. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, YOUR DOOR CODE WILL NOT YET BE ACTIVATED AND ACCESS WILL NOT BE GRANTED.

- Being in the tropics please no eating in the bedrooms, as it attracts bugs.
- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval AND no ENTERTAINING.
- Absolutely NO glass on pool deck, plastic will be provided.
- NO lifeguards on duty, you are responsible for watching your children.
- Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
- Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let Us know ASAP.
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
-PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not take our towels, there will be a $20 replacement charge assessed for any missing towels.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, stripping linen from beds and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
If any sign of smoking indoors is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
