The renovated interiors consist of three comfortable bedrooms with private TV, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and large living room. The whole domicile is air-conditioned and harmoniously furnished with style. On the property there is a pool with sunbathing area and a terrace for socializing. This vacation home is suitable for families and couples. Here you can easily reach the city center, the waterfront and the sea on foot. The area is known for hiking and biking trails, and you can also try windsurfing, kiteboarding and diving. Along the coast there are numerous beach bars and restaurants.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, Terrasse und Pool klasse, bei Tag findet man immer Schatten, abends sind am breiten Poolbereich die wenigsten Mücken (die sind tatsächlich zahlreich in dem Lagunen-Ort, also nicht nicht hausspezifisch).Das Haus ist erstklassig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Service wie Kontakt zur Hausbetreuerin unkompliziert und schnell.Der alte Hausteil mit den Schlafräumen ist sehr hellhörig. Bäder sind schön und Duschen groß und gut ausgestattet.Klimaanlagen und Lüfter sind gut und effektiv.Der eigene PKW Stellplatz ist Gold wert.Wir zwei Paare haben uns in unserem Urlaub im Juni/Juli 2024 in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.
