Plan an unforgettable stay at this 5 bedroom home that has been designed with the comfort of all size groups in mind, well equipped to sleep 10+ guests. You'll find everything here for a relaxing stay including a well stocked kitchen with stainless appliances & Corian countertops and bedrooms outfitted with high quality mattresses, 3"toppers and bamboo bedding that get rave reviews! There is ample seating in the living area and the rest of the amenities (dining table/seating, dishes, etc) will also accommodate groups up to 12. The backyard is huge and private, fully fenced, with a gas grill, fire pit and chairs. 2 kayaks are provided, as well as all linens and cleaning supplies, Beekman 1802 toiletries and locally roasted coffee to get you started. Board games and puzzles, hair dryer, iron and kitchen spices are all included! One of the large bedrooms has a WFH area with a desk/chair/supplies. Large capacity washer and dryer on 2nd floor. Pack n Play and high chair on request.

Our group throughly enjoyed the house, backyard and location!!! It was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for food preparation to backyard relaxation! Great house in a perfect location.

The house is large and comfortable and located just steps away from a coffee shop in one direction and ice cream shop in the other direction. It has a big backyard and comes equipped with a fire pit and fun lawn games.The host responded quickly to all of my inquiries.

Well appointed house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the yellow house in Speculator. The house is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is perfect for skiing. Some of us went to Oak Mtn and others went to Lapland Lake for X-country skiing.

Our stay was great. We were in walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, groceries, etc. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Gem in Spectacular

This is a great property in the center of town with ample room for plenty of people. The accommodations are superb with comfy beds, the bathrooms are updated and nice, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We will return in the future to enjoy this home away from home and the summer activities of the area!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Lisa and Rick were wonderful hosts. Anytime we reached out, we had an almost immediate response. The Yellow House was the perfect home away from home. It is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and gorgeous lake views. The house is exactly as pictured and described; it is so homey and beautiful. The comfortable beds had very cozy bedding too. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would definitely rent this home again.

PERFECT RENTAL!

The Yellow House was absolutely perfect for our extended family stay - kids, parents, grandparents - room for everyone! The house was immaculate, had everything we needed, and was even decorated for Christmas - what a thoughtful touch! The beds and bedding were a dream to sleep on - everyone in our group commented on this. Right in town - walk to all. Lisa was so responsive and was even there when we arrived, shoveling the front walk and steps. She provided coffee to enjoy as well as the fixings for chocolate chip pancakes! Truly the perfect rental - our family is planning to rent the Yellow House again.
