Cozy two bedroom home in the heart of East Nashville! Only one short mile from the famous five points of East Nashville, and a short Uber ride from downtown Nashville, this beautiful home is truly in the middle of the action! (Yet, on a quiet street) Come kick back, see the sights and enjoy a comfy home that is walking distance to many of the great restaurants and shops nestled in East Nashville!

A home filled with charm that is walking distance to many of the great shops and restaurants in East Nashville.



In hopes to be completely transparent, please be aware that this isn’t a completely renovated home. It is very clean, cozy, and a great value for the area; but if you are looking for a brand new, or completely renovated home this may not be the most suitable home base for your Nashville adventures.



Having said that, we do hope to host you and provide you with a 5-star experience here in Nashville! :)



Entire home, including washer and dryer! A great backyard as well with a covered area perfect for relaxing in the shade



You will have the entire space to yourself, but I will be only a few miles away available to help with any questions or concerns you may have!



In the heart of beautiful and family oriented East Nashville! One mile from five points, which has several restaurants and boutiques perfect for a day out and about! A short Uber ride (about 3 miles) from broadway and the rest of downtown Nashville as well!



Parking available in front of the house, as well as a drive way!

Great property in East Nashville. Incredibly convenient to local restaurants, venues and activities. Host was very good at communicating information about the stay and answering questions. Property had everything we needed and was very comfortable for spending time with friends after busy days out and about in Nashville. Would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend Julian's property

I stayed here for a weekend with a few friends, and the place was just as advertised. Julian was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any issues. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

It was just what I needed. Walk to anywhere, all the cool places to eat and drink in east nashville. Perfect for biking and right near a bike rental. I don't want to stay in downtown nashville...ever...it's easy enough to get there from here, simple in fact. I've never had a better location in an airbnb in east nashville. The bed was awesome and the aircon was heavenly. Really generously cooled on a scorcher day.

Great house

This house was just what we needed. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions. If we come back to Nashville we will definitely see if this is available.

What we saw was not what we got

Our property manager/host Julian was super quick to respond every time I reached out. Before I booked, he said there was only 1 step into the home in front so it should be accessible enough for Mom who is not stable on her feet. When we arrived to the house after an 8 hour drive, it was easy to find and conveniently located. According to the pictures on the listing, we expected a warm, light, bright and welcoming home. Unfortunately, that is not was we walked into! Instead, there was uneven ground/flagstone and a couple of steep steps into the home. Upon opening the door, the strong musty, smoky smell hit us so hard I got an immediate headache. We noticed the interior was dark and drab. There was nothing welcoming about this property. There were broken blinds, holes and a buckled seam in the vinyl flooring, holes in a door, a dirty fridge and microwave, an overhead kitchen light that was working about 10%, a dirty laundry room with a full-size ladder in it and a run down shed in the back. There were no snacks/water bottles like in the pictures. I messaged Julian immediately to explain we wouldn't be able to sleep there due to the strong odors and booked a hotel room. He agreed to refund us if we canceled which the VRBO system wouldn't allow. We later resolved with VRBO/Julian. We believe that Julian wasn't aware of the condition of the property and feel that it needs to be updated before renting out again or to disclose/update pictures to reflect the current status.

While we have stated in our listing that the home is not completely renovated to be transparent, we've never had any previous reports of smell/odor issues. Rest assured, we're addressing this with our cleaning team along with the other cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. Lastly, we apologize for any confusion about the snacks and water bottles. Those were part of our staging pictures.
