This location was amazing I really enjoyed the backyard sitting off the river. The house was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed for a stay away from home. I would recommend this location a thousand times if you in the ft worth area

Great Girls Trip

3 friends and I stayed for a weekend girls trip. We took the train from OKC and grabbed an uber to the house. We paid a little extra to check-in early as w arrives in Fort Worth around 12:30. Check in was a breeze. The house was perfect as we all got our own bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, which was just lovely. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything we would’ve needed if we did. The commute to both the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth were easy and short and we never had a problem getting an uber. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay here. We had to adjust check-in and check-out times and the host was very easy to work with. It had everything we needed - would stay again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses! We spent Thanksgiving Day and it was a great spot to play games, eat a wonderful meal and be together. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great house!

Relaxing get away in the big city

Very peaceful home. Small water area w ducks and geese visible from the backyard porch, nice trees. Quiet neighborhood. We were able to feed the ducks, some other people in the area had fishing poles. Kids and adults were able to enjoy the city activities- fair and six flags while grandparents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at home. Walmart and food spots close. Really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house!

The layout is excellent with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is also convenient, situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It Could have used more cleanliness and upkeep on a few things inside as well as the deck area outside, aside from that it was very accommodating.

Great Vacay

It was nice sitting out on the deck - could have used a few more seating options out there! The house was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s close to Fort Worth and everything we wanted to do.

Incredible property and experience!

The property was incredible! Extremely clean and exactly as shown in pictures - if not better! Jonathan was great! He was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly. We would absolutely stay here again. Just book already!

Relaxing

Sitting outback was very relaxing listening to and watching all of the wildlife (ducks, cranes, birds, squirrels) the trees are beautiful. For someone that wants a little bit of nature but isn’t the outdoors type this is nice. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft.

Great property for our family

We were in town for a wedding and the property was in a great location near downtown Ft. Worth. The home was clean and just as described. Jonathan was great with communication and the process for checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely return!

TCU FAMILY WEEKEND

Great location and the house is completely as described. Very well stocked with all the listed items on the description. Easy access upon arrival and enjoyed having the advantage of a fenced yard and garage access . Definitely will be back !

Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a Nespresso and a French press for the coffee connoisseurs in your group.
The living space displays the collaborate works of local designers and luxury design team from California, the Riviera is staged with contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style and some fun character pieces like the antique game mid century modern game table and chairs featured by the window in the living room. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.
With four bedrooms and 2 full baths, and two master bed rooms, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 8 people.

The two master suites feature a luxury king beds, Smart TVs and gorgeous Riviera back yard views. The main master suite features brand new remodeled master bath with Jack and Jill closets and sinks. There is a deep soaking tube to unwind and relax and a beautiful water fall shower for those who just want a quick rinse.

There is a fully equipped remote workstation and office space with window views, beautiful sitting area and fast Wi-Fi. The main living area features a brick mounted 65” Smart TV, comfortable seating and decor and beautiful back yard views. The large sun room has three sliding glass doors to the back deck area and is equipped with heating and cooling so it can be enjoyed fully in all types of weather!

There is a bunk bed room equipped with two Twin XL luxury Casper mattresses fit for kids or adults and Smart TV to provide an escape for kids or adults :)

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There’s even a space for your out door stretching, workouts, sunning or quiet reading and relaxation. This peaceful and serene backyard features a water front view and the spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed from the deck, the sunroom or your master suite!
