Available 1 May 2026 Clean Duplex located in Spring Valley neighborhood of Las Vegas.
3 bedroom, 2 bath house with private backyard pool! 2 bedrooms each have 1 queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed. Plenty of extra bedding on site.
Entertainment system includes over the air antenna Roku TV, stereo system. Wifi included. Full kitchen, with gas cooktop and oven, built in microwave. Wash and Dryer included.
Please no loud noise after 10 pm! No pets, No Smoking or Vaping indoors.
Please note: Owner has personal items in garage, no vehicle parking allowed in garage!
Pool is use at your own risk. Due to the property having a pool, this unit is NOT SUITABLE for children under age 10.
Owner will give guest 24 hour notice prior to entering property to perform any needed repairs or maintenance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great little property

I stayed for 6 weeks at the property, and loved it. Felt right at home! Kitchen with lots of amenities and all you need I could find around the house. Quiet, calm street! John and Nicole were always available when needed. I would absolute come back there and recommend for any future trips.
