Spectacular location! Downtown Broadway is only 2 miles away! Starbucks and convenient mart/gas station within walking distance. A great variety of fast food options under 1 mile from home, i.e., Chik-fila, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Wendy`s, McDonald`s. Germantown and Salemtown are 2 fun nearby neighborhoods which have plenty of restaurants, bars, attractions and more. Nashville Sounds baseball stadium, Farmer`s market, Bicentennial Park, and Titans Nissan stadium are all located only 1-2 miles away.



Both homes feature a 2 car garage, but you are only 1.5 miles from broadway and many other Nashville attractions, so we recommend using ride-sharing apps! (uber and lyft)
