Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back in the future. Great host easy to work with. There was so much to do within walking distance which makes for an low key, easy and also action packed weekend.

Perfect Townhouse

This house will ruin all others for you. It is roomy and has everything you may need. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is supplied with all necessary items. The house is walking distance from Sherman and the resort.

Family vacation

We chose this property for it’s accommodations and location. It was so much nicer than the photos indicated. Our host Alex, checked in to see if we needed anything but everything we needed was already provided. His property was fantastic! It is clean, well furnished, and the furnishings are really nice. Also, the location is a short walk to the lake or downtown. If you want a great place to stay in Coeur d’Alene, this is it.

Can't wait to stay again!

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful! There was plenty of room for our two families. The floor plan was great. Loved that the house was equipped with extras such as cooler bags, lawn chairs and bikes - all came in handy for our stay. Host was also very helpful and quick with messages. Finally, the location was perfect! We walked downtown several times. It was a one minute drive to Safeway and an easy 20 minute drive to Silverwood. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Best Rental Accommodations, EVER!

As a family of 7, we have stayed all over the U.S. and rented vacation homes for our frequent travels. This was by far, the most comfortable, clean & well-appointed home we’ve stayed in. It’s clear from the amenities, that the owners have thoughtfully considered the needs & conveniences of their guests, and delivered ten-fold. We legitimately fear never being this happy with a property again! 😅They’ve set the bar extremely high…

This is by far the best property we’ve stayed, and sadly I think nothing will come close to it! Spacious, clean, comfortable, has everything you need, and the location!!! 10 minute walk to Sherman Ave. The communication from Alex is amazing! Easy check in, check out, easy to locate. He makes sure that you have a good time. We absolutely loved and we hope next time we come to CDA is available! My only recommendation, plan to add one more day to your stay!

So comfy, we wanted to move in!

Upon arrival, the house was clean, felt like a safe area, and was very spacious for our family of 6. The host, Alex, was very responsive via messages, and friendly when he stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. I don't know what else he could possibly provide to make things more comfortable and convenient though, as he has thought of everything you could need to make your stay at his home perfect. We really appreciated all the "little things" like ziplock bags, plenty of spices to cook with, both types of coffee makers, laundry soap and a Sharpie marker! On top of those details, he thoughtfully includes lots of games in the closet, a slow-cooker, camp chairs to enjoy in the backyard, bikes to borrow, baby gear, corn hole, and a cooler lunch bag that came in so handy! My sisters were staying at a VRBO in Post Falls and were jealous of mine. They complained that they didn't even have salt/pepper at theirs, and they were shocked at the "no rules check-out" because they had a list of chores to perform at theirs. We didn't want to take advantage of this generous policy and cleaned anyway. The beds were very comfy, the electric reclining sofas with 3 blankets to snuggle were cozy and the table large enough for us to make memories around. We felt like we hit a jackpot with this place and it will definitely be our go-to for return trips to the area. Thanks for all the hard work you've put into your home and the loving touches that made it truly family-friendly.
