It was a gate RV community. Good location and the area had a nice shared pavilion and pool. Property was located on the water with great views. Inside of RV was very clean.
My family & I had an amazing time! The lake & park amenities were beautiful! The RV was well furnished & still felt spacious! Thanks for a relaxing weekend!
If you are looking for a nice quiet lake front property with great views this is it, sunset was amazing. I was able to catch fish right off the bank. Gated community was very well kept and welcoming.
We had a very relaxing stay in a well kept travel trailer parked in a well appointed RV park with beautiful views of Richland Chambers Reservoir. The RV was clean and comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly and although we didn’t try any of the park amenities they all looked very well maintained. Would stay here again!
We really loved the location. Being right on the water with the fire-pit was amazing! There were a few things that we were expecting that were not there: serving bowls, wine opener, and TP. Thankfully, we have some with us.

I appreciate your suggestions about the wine bottle opener and serving bowl. Please feel free to call me next time and supplies will be delivered. Thanks for staying at my place and hope to see you again !
It’s perfect for a family getaway. Rv has the modern feel. It has almost everything you need. Few items that are missing are sponge for dishwashing and grilling tools. It would have been nice to have wifi connection and a long outdoor extension cord to connect outdoor gadgets. Outdoor elec plug wasn’t working and one window blind was broken. We love the gated resort with a nice clubhouse, pool and huge shower area in the clubhouse. We took a bath there instead of in the very tight shower in the rv. Too bad the lake has very low water this year due to the Texas summer drought. But the sunset was spectacular! My husband did kayaking and fishing but didn’t caught any. Overall we did enjoy our stay! It is also very affordable. And the owner is very easy to talk to and was kind enough to let us check in early and allowed us to bring extra friends for the day though they didn’t come due to change of plans. Thank you!!!
