The condo was very nice, and the beach was beautiful. Michael was very fast at answering my questions. The one big complaint I had was the people in the condo above us were very noisy. They moved furniture every single night from 8:00 till 10:00pm continually. But other than that we had a good time.

Perfect location - right on the beach! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins. Beautiful uncrowded area close to the state park. While right in the heart of Destin, you would never know it on the beach. It was so nice to have one and a half bathrooms in a one-bedroom condo. The condo was as listed, mostly updated. Check-in and out was very smooth. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay here. The view, privacy and location is the best we’ve experienced in Destin. The condo was relaxing and well equipped. It could’ve used a little better house keeping and a few cosmetic upgrades but all in all I would recommend this place and we will return.

We were mandatorily evacuated from the property due to an impending hurricane that hit the area directly, and we have still not received our refund for the 2 nights. The property was legally inaccessible for the final two nights of our stay, yet over 10 days later we are yet to receive the refund or even any communication about its status.Our first full day, at the end of the day we were also locked out of the room for almost an hour and a half due to the keypad lock malfunctioning. We stayed on the beach to watch the sunset. Upon returning to get in the room after a long day, were locked out for way too long, no contingency to get in the room once I was actually able to get ahold of the owner. We had to wait for a locksmith. My 3 young children were wet and hungry. We had to sit on the concrete, cold and in our bathing suits waiting to get in.

Great location, clean, and it looks like the bathrooms were updated recently. Close to Henderson beach park. One thing on the listing, it says new carpet in the bedroom, but it’s actually hard flooring, which is a plus for me. The beach wasn’t crowded and only had a dozen or so chair setups, which was nice. It is next to a public beach access though, and that area was loud and crowded. With it being a smaller complex, there is not an elevator. The stairs were no problem but just worth mentioning for those with mobility issues. A few suggestions…-new towels (some smelled musty despite washing them)-the mattress itself was comfortable, but the master bed is very squeaky and wobbly. -new pans- nonstick coating is scratched. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Beautiful beach front property. I cannot say enough how beautiful this view is to wake up to and be at all day. Love that the condo building is only 3 stories with a private beach so no fighting the crowds. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Only drawback is umbrella and chairs are not included with the condo and to rent daily is 57.00.

The condo was just as described. We loved that it was located in an area without a lot of high rise buildings making it very peaceful. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent time. Balcony view was beautiful, condo was clean and very beachy looking, and the beds were comfortable. Micheal was very easy to get ahold off when we had any questions. Highly recommend this condo!
