About the host
Hosted by Jorge Edgar Leal Alvarez
Hello, my name is Jorge, I like technology, and I really like my apartment, which I have been building little by little, but due to the pandemic and because I lost my job, I decided to start renting it as a way to continue earning income and I can keep holding it.
Why they chose this property
I have been living here for 6 years, and with a lot of effort I have been putting it together and building it little by little, so I have dedicated a lot of time and love to it, so I want other people to be able to enjoy it as well.
What makes this property unique
I can tell you that the greatest benefit of the apartment is that you can easily access it.
I give you two examples:
The nearest subway station is half a block away.
The main avenue (Avenida: Rio San Joaquin) to access this area is located 3 blocks away. This allows from using a rented car, or using Uber or Didi.
I can also tell you that the apartment is new, since they finished building the towers where it is located in 2015 and I have been living here for 6 years.
I can also tell you that it has 24-hour security, that is, there is a group of people guarding the two entrances to the towers where the apartment is located.
You can get to Polanco in 10 minutes (walking)
You can get to the Angel of Independence in 15 min (by car)
You can get to the National City Auditorium in 20 minutes (two metro stations away)
