"The Nest on 30a" is where families and groups come to stop rushing and start enjoying. Everything you need on 30A — the beach, the restaurants, the bike paths, the iconic towns — is right outside the door. Wake up and take your coffee to the screened porch, spend your days on the beach or exploring Seaside and Rosemary, then come back and unwind.

It was a great experience! Everything you need and was so convenient! Owner was so easy to work with. A public beach access is opening up - brand new and with bathrooms and wider wheel chair access.

Check in process and host communication was incredible. Wish there was more house supplies (ran out of trash bags and toilet paper pretty quickly, causing us to buy our own) but besides that, great distance from the beach and seaside. We loved it!

Perfect for Families

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. The hosts were extremely welcoming and quick to communicate. We loved the close proximity to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay!!!!

First thing that we noticed how comfortable and clean this place was!!!! We enjoyed the covered balcony and a short walk to the gorgeous emerald blue water and sugar white beach!!!! We are thankful the responsive hosts and for making this vacation an unforgettable experience for our family!!!!!

Excellent condo!

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked with cookware and the use of beach chairs was an added bonus. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

We loved this rental. Everything was clean and we enjoyed all of the beach accessories in the storage closet. This is as a great location- The 5 minute walk to the beach was not bad using the beach wagon. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Perfect cozy spot !

Enjoyed every minute . Bed was so comfortable as well as living room , loved the screened in porch , awesome short walk down the street to the Tom Thumb and beach access . Parking was great , fast elevators . Very easy to access the condo and gate to parking lot! We will be back again ! Thank you so much for sharing your place !

We've spent a lot of time on 30A and put real thought into finding exactly the right location before we found Seagrove Highlands. The Nest is in the sweet spot — you're not fighting traffic to get to Seaside, you're not paying Gulf-front prices, and you're not stuck in a car every time you want to go somewhere. Walk to the beach, hop on a bike, and enjoy 30A the way it's meant to be experienced.
Most 30A rentals make you choose between convenience and quiet. The Nest gives you both.
